life's bleak now, hopefully not from tmr onwards

seriously, its probably one of my dullest times in life. yes even though I managed to achieve a perfect score, but so what? that was not enough for me to get into a course which I had always wanted since I was a child. Despite docs telling me how tough it would be, I eventually decided to go ahead and strive to get into the course. But this is life, things don't always go the way we want them to. Thinking back, I admit it was really folly on my side that I felt that Med was everything and the ONLY course I wanted to do. Nothing else seemed fascinating nor interesting enough. Placing all eggs into one basket, thats the biggest mistake of my life. I really really really regret not being kiasu and just apply for other courses in other unis as well, maybe just for fun at least. But all's too late to regret now and I can only just accept it. Although nus offered me a scholarship to study science, but science? what can i do after obtaining a science degree? maybe most likely having to pursue further studies till a phd and do research work, or be a teacher? At one point of time, i did consider just accepting what im given because that seems the easiest way out.

But after meeting ambrose and talking to uncles and aunties, I realise I dont want to study life sciences anymore. I dont want to study one entire module just on whats inside the already small mitochondria. Like what ambrose said, whats the point of studying so in depth of something so small????! well unless you have interest in really understanding the biology of everything and wants to do in depth research. furthermore, many of his friends and including himself, dont do anything related after getting a science degree. so in short its pretty useless.

Every day and night, I would be thinking to myself what i wanna do, after recovering from the utterly upset and disappointed stage when I found out i was rejected by med. But after thinking through, it could be a relief to myself instead because I know that I wouldnt have to be bonded to hospitals for 5 years and have no life (like what i hear from other docs). Maybe its just a way to comfort myself and make me feel better.

whatever it is, i have come to the point where i have to make a decision which is extremely impt because it probably decides what path I would take in my next 20 years? haha not so serious, but yeah it decides my direction in life basically. its too late to look back, but its alright cause i shall not and i should just look forward and ahead. there are a myriad of opportunities out there which i haven explored. Being kinda lost in my direction now, I am actually very open to my options and courses to study because I just want to study something which would not limit my career options in future but give myself the chance to find whats right for myself.

yep maybe I should just appeal for med, since thats what i really wanted before. Shall just treat it as a last chance to try. Otherwise I would just erase the whole idea of medicine. Upon hearing opinions from uncle eugene, royston gor gor, aunt sharon and sandra, I feel a little convinced that maybe i should study business because its really a useful degree which would not be hard to get a job with. I know that I myself have already become very lost in my directions which thus resulted in this hesitation of what to do next. I wanted to hear opinions from them not only because they are experienced, but actually I just needed someone to assure me that things would be fine if I do this or that. It seems so much pressure that I have to make this critical decision myself because I feel so inexperienced in everything and have no idea what I want to do in life.

Im really very thankful to them showing so much concern for me, making me feel that its alright, Im not alone. The idea of going overseas to study may seem really attractive, but eventually it all boils down to the issue of money. I know its impossible to go overseas without a scholarship and I wouldnt want to either because I dont want to go and come back with a huge debt on my shoulders. it would be too much a burden for me to bear, and neither would i want to increase my parents' burden too.

No matter what course I would study eventually, its all God's will which I have no power to defy. I just hope that the course would go well and most importantly, it would allow me to get a stable job and 'bring the dough home', as quoted from aunt sharon.

who knows, maybe a miracle (which i dont know what) might happen tmr and remove all my troubles. Then maybe life wouldn't seem so bleak anymore. Life's meant to be happy anyway! Gotta make full use of my time and do things which I really want to :)

6th Jan 2011 - IB results day!

Till now, I can still remember that faithful day so clearly because it was the day which proved that all our hard work and efforts put in did not go down the drain. 6th Jan 2011, probably one of the happiest day in my life :)

Was working at Starhub call centre and it so happens that 6th Jan was my off day so I didnt have have to find someone else to swop off day with :) shixuan, ruyi, kris and I arranged to meet for Macs breakfast at KAP before going to school to get our results but kris and i were late lol. Cause I bought my food at the time when they were going to switch to lunch menu, they had no more hashbrowns so I had a mix of lunch and breakfast (hotcakes + french fries) haha so weird. I still remember all of us were so worried and had no idea what to expect. Then we went to cold storage to buy glue cause shixuan needed to glue her shoes!

We cabbed to school and by then, we were really all already having butterflies in our stomachs ): It felt like it was just not too long ago when we collected our O's results in Crescent and now we're about to collect back our IB results. Since 15 Nov 2010 (my last day of IB exams), I have really put IB and exams to the back of my mind and didn't really want to think about my results. I just wanted to have fun while I can before having to think about how I actually did. Went Phuket for class trip, went prom shopping, had prom night, stayover at nic's house, went for cruise trip, went shopping with diff pple, went for job interviews, actually worked at Starhub, went out with colleagues etc. And in a blink of eye, 6th Jan have arrived. The day which everyone was counting down to :/

Honestly I was really afraid that I wouldn't get 40 and above, seeing that my prelims was only 37 with bonus points. & i really wrote my econs essay wrongly. I mentally prepared myself for the worst and would be really really glad if i could get a 42! somehow, thinking of getting 43 or 44 would already be a miracle and dream come true, let alone 45.

On that day, while walking up the spiral stairs to audi 2, I saw michael's and jiaren's msg saying that Mr GTG would like to see me and asked me where I was. It was quite scary because I didnt know what to expect. We walked into the Audi and I saw Mr Goh, and he actually congratulated me. He was really smiling so widely and I just rmb him saying "Solid!" hahah then he refused to say anything more. I felt a leap of joy since he congratulated me, meaning that I probably wouldn't do too badly. but then again, it was really hard to believe because I don't have that much faith in myself.

I dared not expect for too much, for fear I would feel disappointed and also cause I knew that the times just before IB exams were really bad for me. Besides having to focus and catch up on my work/revision for exams, I was pretty much distracted for the wrong reasons. Everything was in such a wrong timing and I felt hurt. Thinking back, I really thank God for making me strong and always being with me. He knew every thoughts of me, and how I felt, but He guided me and gave me perseverance to focus on my exams. It really took me quite awhile to recover, at least 2 months, since 16th Oct 2010. The hardest period of time was from then till 2nd Nov, when I had to be in intense mugging mode to prepare for my exams. I felt the stress yet sometimes, I cannot help it but kept thinking of the past. It was difficult to forget, cause I would think of it whenever I'm alone. It was really tough.

Thankfully, I had the support of my dear friends + classmates cause we studied together which made me feel that im not alone on this journey. I won't forget the times studied with ruyi/kris/shixuan at the SAC, library or study rooms! :) There are times when we get so sian and we would just go and sit at the fountain and talk hahah. oh & we were making so much noise in the library room we booked! I'm really glad to have them with me throughout these 2 years, always there to lend a listening ear and give advices! hahaha. & lucky I have kris with me, otherwise I probably won't have the courage to join band and have so much fun!

Of course, I'm also very thankful to be in my class because I feel that my class is just awesome :) not only are the people nice, we're fun and we all work hard together, showing others we can do it! There's constant encouragement from one another not to give up, having class prayers before sitting for every papers we had and everyone's willing to help one another :D It indeed is a class effort that our class msg was ranked amongst the top 3! :))

Very imptly, we all also have our great teachers to thank! without all their patience and efforts put in for us, we would never be able to do so well.

Really thankful to Mr Chooi because he's so dedicated to teaching which makes me feel that I must really work hard for Chem for him. I rmb that he wanted to have extra lessons for the class to help us in our weaker topics, and at that time because of FOA, my IOC was pushed back, much later than rest of the class. But knowing that I was weak in Chem (cause i did so badly for mid-years), he decided to start the extra lessons later so that I could first focus on my IOC yet would not miss out on the remedial lessons. At that time I really felt that he's doing so much to help us, all the more we have to do well to thank him! Although sir's jokes are sometimes not funny hahaha, but i'm sure we all really appreciate him for his efforts!!! He also help to compile past year IB qn for us to practice and he's always willing to help when we need some consultations with him. Thank you Mr Chooi! (:

Another teacher who spent 2 years with us is Mdm Tay! Haha I wont forget her constant nagging at the class to submit all our IAs cause she would always read out the names of the people who owes her IAs lol. She's really a very nice and patient teacher to us, and also very motherly :) She cares for us so much that sometimes I feel that she is more worried for our IAs than we ourselves are! On our last day of school, Mdm even treated us to nasi lemak! :D On the release of results day, I went to speak to her and even gave her a hug!!! She was really so excited and happy for all of us because she was so surprised that our class did so well for bio!!! So glad that her hard work on us paid off hahaha :)

Mr Azmi trained us so much with making good use of our GDC! He also offers extra lessons if we need help from him :D sometimes he would also bring us to the math lab to have a change of environment since we're always having lessons in our class! surprisingly mr goh also emailed us before our last math p3 to send us practice qn to help (:

There are really so many teachers to thank, for without their help, our cohort wouldn't have done so well :D

Last but not least, all glory should be honoured to God, for He is the one who helped us all stay strong and persevere :D Thanks be to God! ^^

the most awesome 18th birthday

Last friday, 2nd July 2010 was the day i turned 18! Although my friends and I were all in the midst of our common tests & i actually didnt really feel like having a party to celebrate my birthday, it was jiejie who persuaded me to have one cause its only once in our lifetime that we get to have our 18th birthday! & of course with ruyi their constant encouragement to have a party, tadaaa i decided to have one in the end hehe. Im really thankful to them otherwise i wouldn't have had such a memorable 18th birthday. it really is kinda one of the best i've had (:

initial plans were to either have it at home or at popo's house downstairs, but as the guests list was too many haha we decided home would be too small! & mummy was worried that it would rain on that day too hence its not a good idea to have it at popo's house downstairs. eventually, aunt janice was really kind & was all willing to lend me her house to hold my party! :D she actually had a company dinner that night, however she didnt go for it cause of my birthday! aww. she even took half day off to go get my surprise present!!! (she gave me my FIRST tatty bear! :DD heheheh) & they also prepared lots of drinks, snacks and even alcohol for my party hehe.

as usual with our family traditions, i invited not only my friends but also all my family members for the party! though some people were unable to turn up, there was a total of 93 people who gathered together to celebrate my birthday for me! :DDD really the biggest birthday party i've ever had haha.

the first person who wished me happy birthday was shixuan! x3 hehe so awesome to have the same birthday as her! & the first guy who wished me was kaisen early in the morning haha thankss (: the day started off with us having english paper 2 & i was really afraid cause i barely studied for it!!!!!!!! :O

however thanks to God's blessings, i felt that i was quite able to do the paper! hehehe. so thats a good thing which didnt spoil my special day :D oh that day was apparently also our youth day's celebration hence we could wear our casual wear & eu wore a dress! (: we even had ice cream treats after doing our paper hahah so nicee.

hmm yeah then i saw d's msg. was really pondering whether or not to go take it cause it was so weird but thanks sx for offering to help hahaha. omg it was so embarrassing when the classmates thought we were trying to break their lockers. then we quickly zhao hahah.

most of my friends either had smth on/going home/have more papers so they would only come to the party directly at a later time. then i went with isaac, kenric, james, david, meredith, jiansheng, minkai, adrian to lan at beauty world! HAHA. omg i cant believe it but im a member of the lan shop already. cause we needed to become members to be able to play hahah. (: lol i was probably the noob-est over there but its alright cos they'd give in sometimes & its just all for the fun of it! hahaha. played for a few hours with them before i had to rush home cause mummy was calling me, so i left first.

it was kinda raining slightly when i left so had to take umbrella so ma fan hahah. reached home, ate abit of lunch, showered and got dressed! also had to prepare the things to bring over to aunt janice's house (: haha when we reached there it felt so early i didnt know what to do! had a slight headache then but i knew i'd get well soon cause its my birthday & i didnt wanna feel sick on my special day! lol

jiejie and sheila were the first to arrive & then eu came. & not long after, the guys who went to lan arrived too hehe. they were so funny! they lined themselves up one by one outside the house (so i cant see them) & they walked in one by one to pass me a cutesy balloon each & wished me happy birthday haha. tsk they purposely placed david the last haha.

david, kenric and minkai played xbox at the 4th level while the rest of them were downstairs seeing the korean MVs! hahaha. more people gradually came and the food arrived too (: michael, ryan and jiaren even purposely went out to get a gift for me aww thanks guys! (haha cause saat called me & asked what i liked lololl)

nicole & kylie are so cute they each drew me a birthday card! ((: haha the girls and raphael were so shy in front of so many people though we all know they're usually very talkative kids! HAHA. so they all clinged onto me the whole day & followed wherever i went haha. the class played with the kids/monopoly/xbox/card games (homojelly i think) to entertain themselves while the band people koped the guest room in level 3 for their mahjong session! lol they were all so super excited when i suggested mahjong hahahaha. (: some of the band people bought me this really huge cute pink piglet!!! i really liked it alot cause its so cute and huggable hehee thanks!!! :D (heard from kris that dennis said he chose it hahah)

ruyi, kris & sx gave me a really nice board with lots of efforts put in!! they came late cause i think they only had time to do it that day hahah thanks girls! :D its a huge board with all our pictures & moments we shared together! x3 there's also a pretty pink balloon attached & they drew the 4 of us together there hahaha so niceee. its just placed beside my bed now! :D they also gave me a cute pink rabbit pencil case with 2 pairs of pink earrings in it! hahaha i know you all purposely chose pink haha ((:

nicole, calida and eu specially baked a cheesecake topped with strawberries for me! their baking skills are really good hahah thanks so much! ^^ omg it was so funny when nic told me about her coincidental similar strip shirts she wore with saat HAHAHA. its probably fate nic hehee (:

Jiali & the rest shared alot alot of pink stationary for me! hahaha all kinds of pink pens, pencil, highlighter, marker lol i have such variety now :D oh plus earrings which are pink too hehe. (btw jiali realised that david was her pri sch friend! omg such a small world :D)

Jie, ty and jh shared this cute tatty bear helium balloon! heard they went through much trouble to find and get it for me hahah xiexie ni men! they gave me tops and a really pretty necklace :)) good taste hahaha.

oh yeah and kaisen came all the way with dennis just to pass me the present they shared! he didnt wanna stay cause he felt its very weird but aww so nice of him :D i feel like he's really one of my closest guy friend now hahaha yay. can always talk rubbish/play games/studyy tgt :D

my other aunts/friends gave gifts too but haha abit lazy to write all every details. but im thankful for everything! (:

yeah the only problem with having such a big party is that i have to split myself and entertain the diff groups of friends hahaha. i think i walked the flights of stairs for 4 levels like a million times that day hahaha. even mummy's legs were aching the next day too ):

while dinnering, the whole group of ppl watched ip-man 2 together in the living room :D

the cake-cutting session was the most epic hahaha. oh yes aunt sharon surprised me when she bought me 49 pink cupcakes with the bear theme to match my birthday cake!!!!! :DD it was really such a pleasant surprise thanks yiyi! though the icing on top were really sweet but the cupcakes are actually mini cheesecakes which are really nice! haha my birthday cake was really kinda elaborate ttm cause its a huge 3D teddy bear cake and its so pretty! thanks to mummy and daddy who chose the cake for me & didnt mind it being so expensive lol. (: took so many pictures till my mouth very suan of smiling! D:

ya then the 'public announcement' of my 'boyfriend' hahaha tskkkkk. omg most of my relatives assume its true already!!! :/ haha but poor david he also had no choice but to be sporting hahah. then after cake-cutting most of them watched abit of world cup (netherlands vs brazil) while i got some time to chitchat with the crescentians! :DD oh then my classmates secretly dispersed themselves upstairs to prepare 'THE present' for me hahaha omg. james covered my eyes up the stairs till the 4th level and guess whatt, they wrapped david up in wrapping paper! HAHAHA omg so he tore through the paper when james opened his hands from my eyes lolol. i got a shock! but it was really funny hahaha. yeah & the guys got me this 'wedding card' on purpose with their messages in it lol.

haha yupp thats about it! i spent my birthday well till the last second! heheee so proud of it hahah xD

How I feel like crying my heart out now.

the march holidays really wasn't a holiday at all. had math port on my mind throughout but im really glad its our second math port already! :D oh and non-residential band camp till wed, almost half the week gone. It was really pretty bad, considering our games were suddenly cancelled so that left us with only practices, practices. I really still love band alot, but there are times when he can actually make me feel quite useless and that im not important at all, so that really is quite sad. lol

sigh, how can I not understand her feelings when I've been through it too. Really dont know how i should persuade her not to leave. Maybe we're all just too stressed up with our workkk. hahaha.

on a brighter note! TOK PRESENTATION IS OVER!! :D omgoshhhhh unbelievable rights hahah. I have really worked hard for it and i barely had any sleep over the weekends :( this is probably the first ever presentation which i did NOT use a script at all!! lol its so fun thinking of being able to present without reading off a script haha. the teachers were really kind (i feel), esp mr koh cause i somehow had to become the first person to present and he was encouraging me not to feel nervous etc. :DD it really helps alot when your examiner is telling you to relax hahaha. so there goes and although all my practices at home exceeded 10min by alot, like almost reaching 18min, but i managed to speak faster and actually presented in 9min plus! i know its bad that i rushed through, but i really would rather rush through than to not be able to finish my presentation. so whatever grades im given, I would accept it for i tried my best! ((: such a relief that TOK is like officially half done ^^

went over to acjc funfair last sat after band and met up with so many of my sec sch friends, such a nice feeling to see them again :D dinner-ed with liuxin, joey and shixuan and joey was addicted to sucking in helium to make her voice change hahaha omg it really worked!! her voice was suddenly so shu nu hahaha (:

yay just done with my chem design prac. but i still got a whole list of work to do omg. its like never endinggggggg. :( so i shall take things one at a time haha and learn to breathe.

I believe that today's really like a crucial turning point of my life. Somehow, I am actually super glad now that i took up IB instead of A levels! :D after all the various overseas universities coming down to our school to give us more information day since it has been careers' day these 2 days, it suddenly dawned upon me that its time for me to be independent and research more on the various universities for my future! There are so MANY choices everywhere and if i do not take the initiative to find out more about them, how am i to make my decision?

If i never joined IB, i wouldn't have opened up my mind to more choices including going overseas to pursue my university education. My choice would only probably narrowed to NUS if i joined the A levels track because it would be really difficult to go to overseas uni since the A levels cert wouldn't be as recognised as IB diploma. Hence i felt that IB really opened up my options and choices! ^^

furthermore, especially today, I met this nice lady who was in charge of the booth for one of the UK universities and i really think that she's very inspiring! Even though we only had a small talk about the medicine course, i felt so so enlightened! Before this, i was actually hesitant about whether i really want to do medicine in uni or is it just because of my family's expectations for me? I wasn't sure if i really had the interest and passion for it, but nonetheless i took up a BCME combi of subjects which means doing a medicine course in uni. However after today, I can be very certain that I really want to do this. I want to study medicine in uni.

She told me about how tough competition is for medicine course (which of course i knew), and hence there would be no scholarship offered for medicine :/ she asked me questions and told me things which was so enlightening, things that i never really thought about before. I realised that besides the academic qualifications(which majority of the people would probably be able to meet the requirements), it is in fact the personality that they would seek and see whether we are really suitable for medicine. Am i self-motivating enough? whats my endurance level of stress? I certainly must recognise the fact that being a doctor, we would surely face tremendous levels of stress and hardship, but would i be able to endure them?

Also, being a doctor, we must surely be reliable and our trustworthiness comes in. If our patients do not have trust in us, how can we help them? Besides that, it is very important that we can empathise with our patients and think in their shoes, we have to be very approachable so that they would feel at ease to talk to us. If i were a patient and i were to see a myself as a doctor, would i be happy to visit this doctor? Hence interaction with the patients are really important! & most importantly, being a doctor is not like any other careers, its a WAY OF LIFE :D

Therefore in short, I feel so enlightened today :D (hahah i even met a neighbour whom i dont know and he wished me "have a good day!" lol it really makes my day too haha)

Awesome, i shall go research on some unis now before going to do my TOK essay which is due tmt!!! hahaha tskk. :X

today's finally the last day the bio labs are open which means that no more ee experiments to do for the year! this holidays really dont feel like a holiday to me at all since i have been going back to school so frequently to do my ee :/ but well, its my choice to do bio ee and i expected this so no complains! :D Though its really tiring spending the whole day from morning till evening doing all the experiments, but i really feel that i've learnt alot through this whole ee experience heehee(:

how fast time flies, we're already in mid Dec and that means sch's gonna reopen again & we're officially into year 6! i really promise i'd work harder, much harder than this year. ^^ it really stresses me to know that some of my friends are actually always studying/doing work even though its the hols :/

anyways despite all the work i have to do, i still have fun! (before next year arrives haha) for eg, i really dont regret signing up for the NUS science focus! its really interesting, esp the lectures on the first day about Parkinson's disease and forensic science! It let us learn alot of things which surely cant be found in our textbooks! however there were some modules which were slightly more boring :/ but overall, i felt that it was awesome! :D

oh yeah some time in 27 Nov our whole family went for a picnic in ECP! it was really fun as we took many many pictures and also went cycling etc hahaha. but it kinda started to rain a little so we went back early! :( hehe so jiejie, ty and i decided to go shopping instead haha.

shopping is a must during hols! ((: i think i've really gone out quite several times already so in late nov, jiejie and i actually were already spending our dec expenses hahaha omg :/ so we always tell ourselves we must save money hahaha, & we do try okay :D

& as usual, i would be like addicted to the tv for my HK dramas!!!!! hahaha i think till now i have watched 3 serial shows already for this hols hehe. omg its really nice, love HK dramas to the max heeeeeeeeeeee :DDDDDDD the most recent one was "gong xin ji"! omggg the scheming ppl inside are so so so annoying. but through this show, now i always try to remind myself to be like san ho & speak kind words, do kind deeds and spread kindness! (:

anyway CHRISTMAS's coming! i love the christmas season cause we get to go shop for gifts for ourselves & others (though its really frustrating to crack our brains and think of something that they would like haha). other than that, its really great! (:

everyone else are flying everywhere which makes me so envious! but its okay, i should be content & satisfied having my family & besties around me this festive season x333

i suddenly feel like writing a post today because im utterly bored now lol. PROMOS ARE ACTUALLY OVER haha it seems so unbelievable to me because it does not feel like im in here for almost a year already! i really dont look forward to becoming a year 6 so soon. throughout these few weeks, i've really studied pretty hard & all i can do now is to commit them all to God even though i know im going to do badly for some papers. for eg. math's gonna be my worst subject. math p2 was so tough i knew its gonna be bad so my promos kinda ended on a bad paper, which is why some of us couldn't help it but cried. :(

we really had no mood to go with the rest of the class for outing so the few of us went out ourselves & we ate ice-cream to cheer up! yay i had my fav choc ice-cream ^^ we then went to watch 2 funny shows at alex's house. (:

i really love my cca mates <3 we even planned for a stayover on that very last day of exams itself haha so i went over to meet them for dinner before going to su-lynn's house. our stayover was the BOOMZ (hahaha!) cause it was really nice. :D sometimes i actually feel that im closer to my cca friends than classmates, i really wonder why. =((

we watched shows (which i fell aslp for half the show) & i got a shock cause when i woke up and open my eyes, shaun was looking at me! haha then i said him for scaring me lol. ohh and some of them played chubby bunny which was REALLY FUNNY omg kris took a video of it hahaha. just by looking at how they stuff the marshmallows into their mouths, they looked so poor thing i really pity them hahaha.

we also played some card + drinking game. no worries, it wasn't gambling and neither was it drinking alcohol hahaha. we used water instead, so all of us were really BLOATED with water!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i think throughout the game, the taboo thing was the one which made many of them have to drink cups of water hahahaha. well, ernest and i took turns to get the taboo card so we tried to be funny. my taboo was that we cannot say the word "water" while his taboo was that our own hands cannot touch each other.

it was SUPER AMUSING AND FUNNY!!! hahaha cause as our forfeit was to drink water, so it was very likely to use the word water! and some of them like amos, dennis, su-lynn, dexter etc always accidentally use the word and each time someone says that word, all of us will laugh really hard cause its super funnyyyy omg :DD oh and kris got so excited cause someone said the word that she clapped hands so she had the forfeit too! HAHA seriously, ytd was so hilarious (:

we also played truth or dare for superrrrrr long and we made ppl do stupid things & also found out ppl's secrets hahaha. quite a fun bonding session for all of us ^^ all the girls + shaun woo + victor couldnt take it so we went to sleep haha. think it was about 3 plus already! then the rest of the guys continued watching other shows and according to them, they had a 3h gossip session w/o us! hahaha.

this morning after brunch we went over to dennis's house to play hahaha. oh oh and he showed kris and i this super annoying "impossible Japanese game". omg its like some mario game but there are so many traps and stuff they make it impossible for you to win ahahha so the character keeps losing its lives. and this game we could have as many negative lives as we want cause its so impossible to accomplish! omg kris and i got so frustrated with it we kept screaming each time we get tricked hahaha.

so i guess this band outing + stayover really helped to let me get over Thursday's horrific paper. :DD oh and i really miss the 7 flowers! thurs was such a qiao day cause i was initially on the phone with joey and i saw swee at the bus stop near her sch! hahaha i was so surprised i shouted to joey:"omggg!! i see ng sweechen!! " hahahaha (: and she was actually on her way to linda's house! and after meeting kris and the rest for dinner, we also met qian!!! all of us were to excited! such a coincidence rights haha :D all of us really connect (though we didn't meet wendy) awww we are really fated to meet <3

even though most of us are in diff schools now, i still feel the most comfortable and myself with them, so i really really appreciate this strong friendship we all share! <33

17th birthday updates (:

I just suddenly have the urge of updating now. (: how fast time flies, we're already into the third term of school and common tests are already over! i must say im not very prepared for the CTs cause it began on the first day of sch after june holidays! and besides, i was in a post-wow mood and i cant focus much. )):

however im really glad i never fail any of my subjects though i expected myself to fail probably chem cause it was really quite a killer paper cause i really had no time to finish the paper. i really panicked! oh wells, lets not dwell too much because the most important thing now is to BE MORE FOCUSED. yes, kris and I already decided we shall not be distracted anymore. ^^

oh btw, I REALLY ENJOYED MY 17th BIRTHDAY THIS YEAR. <3

it was really awesome thanks to the many different surprises i had. firstly, for the first time, it was on an exam day (econs), so i thought my classmates probably won't celebrate or anything because we all needa go home and study! and so, after the paper, i really almost just left the school and head off already cause i needed to go to holland v to get my own birthday cake haha.

and thanks to my sense of directions (as usual), i had no idea what bus would lead me there so i decided to head back to school and see if i can find anyone i know to ask for directions lol. and then i happen to see isaac and the rest and they asked me to join them for lunch in sac. so yup i went along and they actually bought a cake! awww. xD i was very surprised indeed hahaha.

yup so we kinda sat there and chilled for awhile while eating the chocolate cake! ((:

it would be funny if they realised that i left school alreaady hahaha, cause i was un-contactable then as my phone was spoilt. oh ruyi and kris also surprised me early in the morning and sang the cgs-style of happy birthday! hahaha :D they both did some gifts for me despite the already lack of time to study! i pieced ruyi's hand-drawn jigsaw puzzle already, she really put in quite some effort drawing haha thanks so muchh to you both!

as he promised, victor really got me a book!! hahaha oh and most of the bandits wrote their messages in the card for me ((: yes i shalln't fail him and i will read the book soon haha. oh yeah and they had a belated celebration for me when we went for band dinner at nydc. so they treated me and last min got a slice of cake and we all shared! lol ^^

the seven flowers also gave me a surprise right at my house! they came over on a saturday and even jie took part in the planning haha. yesss they got me a secret recipe chocolate cake! :D loves chocolate cakes hahaha. then mummy ordered pizzas and lots of drumlets, so joey was so jealous of that cause its her fav and she wasn't here ahahah. they gave me a hearty bag and many random stuffs which is so filled of hearts (and pink!), like the hp strap, pencil case, book, pencil chopsticks! really loved them so im already using the bag and the strap hehhs. :D

annoying swee kept insisting its so aa after giving it to me! hahaha. but its okay, i really like it can already (: thanks so much fellow flowers <3

oh yes, i wont forget jiejie's & tseyin's surprise for me! they actually met up after sch to go get a last min bracelet for me, and i was like sms-ing cousin t the whole time without knowing it! and the prettyyy board jiejie made for me! its so my style hahaha. :D

stress starts coming

these few weeks are really gonna be busy and stressful cause suddenly everything just seems to come at the same time. Maths tests, econs tests, bio test, chi test, chem test, eng mock iop, econs short film, bio ia, chem ia, band syf ( this week im like having band practises from mon-sun except for friday), chi oral and my group is the first group which is tmr!

aiya cant rmb anything else more, but its really already a whole list of things for me to do! sighh, so i really hate wasting time now and to just print out the chi oral script took me more than 40 min and its still not printed out yet. you can imagine how irritated im with this thinggyyy! & daddy just dont understand how im feeling & he just scolded me for being so impatient with things. ):

really hope these few weeks pass quickly and give me some time to de-stress.

yesterday was the first day of school, the first day im in a co-ed school after 10 years of all girls environment! :D hmms, i was excited yet worried for school! esp for the fact that there are very little girls in the school. my OG only have 7 girls out of 25 people! :/

luckily all the girls are very friendly so we got along rather well :DD i think i know less than half the guys lol. so these 2 days were orientation and it would go on till next week! its been really fun with all the games, telematches, cheers & mass dance we had, but some talks were a little bit boring haha.

kris, ruyi, shixuan and i were all in diff orientation grps!!! :( but we would still meet up for lunch and recess breaks hahaha :D afterall, its still more comfortable now to be with friends we know for very long :)

oh i rmb the skit by some leaders were really so hilarious! (though i didn't get some jokes -.-) the telematches were also fun, and i realise the benefit of being a girl there now hahaha. cause we had to use a straw and insert a pea then blow it hard to break through a paper, and we also had to put a spoon in our mouths and balance the tennis ball on it and walk on. BUT right, there was only ONE straw and TWO spoons, so for our benefit, the girls were allowed to go first so we won't use so dirty straw and spoons hahahaha :D

the cheering session was shocking i should say hahaha. we felt like the guys were ready to go for a war!!! LOL. they all had arms over each other and would somehow move forward when they compete cheering with other groups.

today's wet games were crazy too! the "breakfast twister" was something diff we experienced! oh and the socks game was even more crazy! the girls from another OG was so violent! it felt like a girls fight hahahaha. cause we were supposed to snatch other's socks so that they would be out of the game. there were like so many attacking one.

the boys part was chaotic!!! LOL. they really chiong to snatch their socks hahahaha. they were like rolling over each other just to get their hands on the socks! but it was fun also lahs heheh :D

then the mine game and water bombs were quite ok too ((: but at the end of the day my shorts and abit of shirt were like wet and i could feel soapy feeling cause of the snatch the socks game!!! :X

actually i feel quite excited for school again! HAHAHA :D i think im beginning to like the school ;)

BEN'S 11th PARTY!

After so many days of consideration, i've finally made up my mind! :D had about an hour's talk with royston kor kor on the phone, and he gave me pretty much advice. he also made me realise that education is just like climbing a mountain, & now im only finding my mountain and i still have a long way to go before reaching the peak. For my results from O's, i could perhaps only climb Mount Faber! so i really got to work hard! (:

even though some schools may be far, but i shall just find fun in travelling! hahaha. anyways like what Ms Tan said, no JC is too far in Singapore. so im sure i can adapt to it =D the 3rd choice really made me hesitate very long, because it was between ACSI and NJC. in terms of distance, both are about the same, but the main problem is the difference between IB and A levels! i really had no idea how to choose.

royston kor kor also did some research on IB for me which i found it rather useful cause im not very clear about it either. i feel that its really tougher than A levels because its like a more rounded education. it don't only focus on books and syllabus, but it better prepares the students for education in uni. furthermore, the cohort last year did so well which proves that the system works :D & RJ is going to have IB soon too, so i guess that IB really does assures good results. they even had an average aggregate of 40.1! so yup, that's why i dont mind giving it a try :D

tadaaaa, here goes my choices! HC, RJ, ACSI, NJC, ACJC, SA, VJ, CJ, AJ, JJC, SP, NP! (:

today was pretty much fun yet tiring! we had benben's birthday celebration at aunt janice's house! :D jiejie & I went over early to do the deco & prepare the things we would need for the games we planned for the kids. tying the balloons was so tedious!!! we both do till our hands so painful! but well, its for our cute little brother! hahahah :D oh oh & i must say, while drawing on the balloons, it burst!!! it frightened me and it was so troublesome cause we had to untie those strings again and tie in another new one :(

Edwin helped us take things cause we both were too lazy to go downstairs to take lol =X

Played games like musical chairs, scavenger hunt, stepping of balloons, water & land with the kids & its really tough. children of all ages was hard enough to coordinate and plus alot of ppl talking made the whole place so noisy & we cant give instructions clearly. :( but luckily, the games still managed to carry on somehow hahaha :D

Next up, we had the PINATA for finale! xD yup though it was not cheap, but its an experience all the kids gained! :D i felt that i was like a person handling a funfair stall which is the whacking of pinata! cause i had to explain the rules, and help blindfold them one by one when its their turn, then turn them around and lead them to the place to start hitting hahahha.

really very fun cause all the kids and adults gathered there too :DD even yeye went to try to whack! he's so funny la hahaha! its something new cause i believe many of them have not seen such pinata before lol =) so after many whacks, guess who managed to break it!

Through this pinata game, it made me realise the importance of having a goal in life. when we're blindfolded, we dunno where is our target. so even if we use our strongest force, we are charging forward aimlessly and it may even end up achieving nothing, and not a single hit. Whereas when they were not blindfolded on their second and third tries, they could aim for their target and eventually successfully hit till the candies were free for all to grab!

If you ask me now, i really am not sure of my own goal. since young, popo always asked me wad i wanna be in future. but she only gave me 3 choices: teacher, lawyer or doctor. so i chose to be a doctor. However since i like to be happy, the only happy part of a hospital would be where babies are born! :D hence since then i wanted to be a doctor who looks after the babies, or perhaps a gynaecologist. But is that really my interest? its time for me to consider it carefully. (:

sighs, im really very frustrated over the whole JAE thing cause i cannot make up my mind to choose the schools. yes, though there are schools im more interested in, but it happens so that im at the borderline and im not sure i would be able to get in. so well, these 2 days, i've been to HCJC, ACJC, ACSI, RJC, NJC. i've seen SA too :)

in my opinion, firstly i dun think that ACJC is suitable for me cause somehow i dont quite like it. HC is very homely, which is great, but i may not be able to get in either cause there are only 150 places available. :( oh HC and RJ the feng very strong too hahahhaah! (inside joke! :D)

RJ is really very big and everything just seem so new :D the only bad thing is that its rather far from home, so transport makes a slight problem here.. furthermore the cut off is also 3. i was initially worried that it might be quite difficult for me to fit in cause im not from the raffles family. but the tour guides today were from SCGS so they said that in the beginning perhaps have, like during orientation. but after awhile it would still be fine cause the people are welcoming too. :D

ACSI is great too but the only concern is taking IB or A levels is better. its not that far too so its convenient :D oh ya and i only realised it ytd that im actually eligible for the edusave scholarship! so if i wanna go independent schools, its fine too cause the fees wont be that ex. yay :D

thanks to yuexi for bringing us around NJ today! cause its not open house actually haha, just that we wanted to see the school environment etc. but honestly, i feel that perhaps its not so good cause of the over-population. so im afraid those container classrooms might not be so conducive to study though i din see those classrooms. so im quite disappointed cause i have been aiming for NJ too.

anyway, im still very confused. however like what yuexi said, i should follow my heart and eventually there would be happiness wherever im. :D

i've been listening to the song "yong qi" cause right now, i really need the courage to make my own decision which i must not regret. (:

O levels results released

12 jan 09 finally arrived, the day that O levels results are released. the anxiety in the hall was not as much as those i felt last year, maybe im more experienced tat explains why. anyways super congrats to jesselyn and stephanie!!! they did our class and school so so proud :DDDD

really thankful to those who smsed me and gave me support to get my results! :D ppl like bedok green, gessy, aunt sharon and sandra, tracy, daniel, samantha, pearlyn, yuqi, felicia, ruiqi :))) oh and jie's friends, zhenzhen & jiahao. how nice of them to rmb! hope i din miss out anyone hahaha. xD and of course daddy and mummy who were as anxious as i was too :D & last but not least jiejie and biujie! they even came to my school to collect results with me (: it was the best excuse for jie to skip school lol!

so yup, jie and biujie accompanied me the whole day and we went out shopping too :) really initially, i was rather disappointed with my results because i didn't get the perfect score, my sciences actually did poorer than my humanities (which was not expected) and so, my sciences had A2. yeah so i cried abit but thankfully they were there to console me and biujie prepared tissue beforehand hahahaha.

though everyone said that my results were very good already, but somehow i felt rather upset that i didn't manage to achieve my own target score.. lol so according to biujie & jiejie, i "emo-ed the whole day". well im fine now! must be cause they treated me to warm chocolate cake and other desserts (which i cant rmb the names) at bakerzin @ vivo hahahhaa. :D i stoned all the way home on the bus and i din really shop cause my whole mind was about results today.

finally, im also sincerely thankful to all my family, friends, teachers, seniors & juniors! without my family's support, friends' encouragement, teachers' perserverance, seniors' and juniors' care and concern, i would surely not be able to hang on so long & eventually finished the O levels with quite okay results! :D so after one whole day, im finally willing to accept my results because its no point getting all upset about it now. i did my best and that is it :D

so as we all move on to our own paths, i will really really miss crescent! :(

ahhh last night and today has been quite a bad day. well, last night, for kind of no reason, i had to listen to dad's lectures. long story.. dun wanna think about it anymore.

then today, went to tseyin's house warming. the first thing gu zhang (martin's dad) said when he saw me was, 你越来越胖了。then stupid darren kept laughing lahs. damn sad. :(

next, i was msging sc cause she text me about the Christmas eve gathering which i think wont be having now..

sc: damn sian, linda just said she'll be going out with her friends instead.. so i guess we wont be celebrating tgt..
me: oh... im having some family gathering now cause my aunt having house warming :)

i totally forgot to mention some things that happened when cousin T, jie, biujie and i went out till i read cousin T's bloggie just now! hahaha. okay due to lack of time, im gonna copy & paste over here. hehhs. CREDITS GIVEN TO COUSIN T :D

anyway so today, 6/12/08, i went out with cousin A, cousin J and esther biu jie hahaha. walau ended up without anything (for me) but at least we had oreo cheesecake and new york cheesecake from starbucks (woots esther treated us). it was fab thanks esther! :)

hahah it was very fun! hadnt meet them up to go out for a gahzillion years. met up with cousins A and J first. so our first stop was.. let's see.. takashimaya! yes, hahaha. we went to get something for aunt vivien then we went on to shop arnd taka. shared an oreo mcflurry ltr on heh. amount of fats + cost divided by 3 :P proceeded on to cineLEISURE(yes cousin J. cinePLEX. i wont ever forget how you tricked me) to look for some stuff. AND THERE IS A HOT GUY AT NUM. haha k fine while i was deciding on whether to buy it or not we received a call from esther to meet her at taka. went all the way back to taka to meet her.

then we decided that we might as well settle our dinner thr so we had rice burgers (aha) at mos burger. aft that we randomly went to singtel to check out phones. k, i must mention it here. HAHA. cousin J and me were looking at phones (like duh), then we were comparing the phones what, so of course must touch and figure out how it works right? we were so engrossed in it.. then..

Everyone is going overseas while im 24/7 found in singapore! :( sighs. Super stressed about the amaths compilation thingy cause i have done for so long already but haven even finish trigo!!! so many duper questions! im not even sure of the deadline yet, but i dunno when i can ever finish!!!!!!!!! :X it gets so irritating and frustrating when some of the qns cant be transferred over. esp when some schools put them in adobe format. =(( make things difficult for me only..

Its really hard work you know! and i initially thought it would be fun. =() the sec 3 juniors better make good use of this amaths prelim booklet next year when preparing for their O levels!!! its done by us so painstakingly!!! :X they better do well so our efforts won't be wasted :D

okay i now have no time for such long posts.. and im very tired too. its the first time getting stressed again after O's! and really, doing the amaths questions are so much better than compiling them.

Went towning with Biujie & jiejie at orchard! but had a bad morning cause the pple came to do the new LCD thingy then he taught me how to do it. but when they left and i tried to do to show daddy, the thing cant work!!! dad was so angry lahs. =X cause the guy only showed me how to do the pics but not the videos! so it turned out that the videos only certain file format can work, so yeahs. but anyways we finally bought martin's present! he's been bugging us for it already hahaha! :D then we had dinner at heeren, forgot wads the name of the place. but thanks to biujie and jie for my super belated birthday dinner treat. hehhhs :D! Rachel, Swee, Linda and i were invited to Joey's chalet! :D hahahaha. went to look for swee for lunch during her lunch break, er not exactly cause we had Macs breakfast so we were too full to eat. so we sat while only she ate :) then we went to the airport to walk walk and had lunch but i only shared tou suan with linda and rachel cause i was full :D

hahahaha we were like looking out for shaun at the chalet and he er i should say looks better in real life than in pics? LOL. played basketball for an hour and even with joey's dad, siblings and shaun and we lost like dunno wad cause there were no rules so we all anyhow play. just snatch the ball also can hahaha. =/ Played cards & watched DBSK too! MIROTIC! lol =D anyways after the chalet, rach swee and i kind of concluded that there are no sparks between joey and shaun hahahaha! -.-

(: loved the neos cause they looked pretty! but im too lazy to go and scan them in heehs. but linda had to leave early cause of piano so we 6 continued and later went qianying house. played mahjong! then chit chat, watched tv, eat dinner then homed with wendy on 970! :D

Tuition for Rachel and Ryan officially starts! the first lesson was quite okay, both are willing to listen :D

& i found the place to buy clothes!!! hahaha no wonder aunt sharon frequents there. its like the whole level sells clothes and they can be seen in online blogs too hahaha. but the bad thing is that it really feels like our neighbouring country, abit scary :X and the prices aren't fixed so u gotta bargain with them. well so biujie told me to act like we are some blogshoppers hahahaha super funny lahs. :D

anyways her car have the GPS which is like so SUPER COOL! now she won't fret not knowing how to drive to a place! i always thought that it would only just show u the map on the screen as u drive, but there is actually a voice to tell you when to turn etc! :DDD so yup had a great time buying clothes there and i bought a top for jie too! =) im sure it suits her alot alot hehehe. Biujie and i are going there again soon! when jiejie have her holidays :)))

then we went orchard area cause we drove so its convenient and she bought her iphone! oh and we went NUM to get haviannas too & we saw a cute guy who told us he's from RP events management. so we told jiejie on the phone but i dun think they know each other. =X haha! then biujie was like telling jiejie she go with her to NUM always no cute guys, but go with me always have LOL. so after that we were like grumbling the amount of money we spent hahahha.

Its definitely a special sunday to remember! im not sure its for what occasion but the malays seem to be having some ritual near the void deck of 99 hse.. perhaps cause its the eve of hari raya haji? well, I've never seen it before! =O some pple seem to be possessed or smth and they are like riding a horse (those flat and made kinds). they really behave like the horse, eg the way they behave, the way they eat! its really very scary cause dad, weechieh, jiahui, ben, dede and i went downstairs to really see it near. they came near us too! and they get more active/ aggressive when the beat of the music increases.. there was even one who knocked down someone! =X and the way they look at you.. its practically like staring at you.. and they seem to be able to not blink their eyes for some!

things to do in my holidays!

yup now that my holidays are here! i need to come up with a holiday plan cause i dun wanna waste my precious holidays just like that! furthermore, there's no holiday hw for me to worry about now! :D hahaha so did some research & it shall be my guide to my holiday plans! but number 3 and 8 is out cause mummy daddy cancelled the plans to travel cause jie still have school during mum's leave. so yup. :X oh and i have already done number 1! hahaha its my forte.

1. Sleep. If you have fantastic time management skills, this might surprise you, but catching up on sleep is in fact the number one thing students want to do during their time off. As sophomore biology major Lakeisha Davis says, "You get tired between work and school." So, much like a hibernating bear, you might want to try to stock up on sleep now before another cycle of papers and exams begins next semester.

2. Get a job. Perhaps you are tired of being a broke college student. If so, you may want to get a job during your down time off in order to improve your financial situation. For example, sophomore political science major Jennifer Potter plans to work "as many hours as humanly possible to make as much money as humanly possible," during her vacation.

3. Travel. Have you been dying to spend New Year's in Vegas? Did you leave your heart in San Francisco the last time you visited? Whatever the reason, if you like to travel, you probably have one or two exciting destinations on your holiday itinerary. Don't forget to take pictures and send postcards to all of you sedentary pals.

4. Visit family and friends. If any of your break plans are reminiscent of the song "Home For the Holidays," this one won't be a surprise. Spend some time with your family while you can, because if you dorm other opportunities are minimal. While you're at it, why not look up those high school friends you haven't seen since . . . well dates aren't important, just make up for lost time. Or you can always go back to your old high school and show everyone how cool, sophisticated and successful you've been at college (not that they would be surprised by this information).

5. Shop. Spend all the money (or all those gift certificates) that you got from whatever winter holiday you celebrate and spend it on cool stuff while you can. Do not wait until the end of break to spend this money. You will feel guilty and buy your books instead of that CD, bag, mp3 player, fill-in-the-blank, that you have been wanting all semester. This is not an appropriate way to spend your holiday cash.

6. Pad the resume. Now that you have all that partying out of your system, do something to make your family proud. Do something you can put on your resume to impress prospective employers or grad school admissions committees. Consider getting a short internship at a friend or family member's place of business. Apply for some scholarships. Do some community service. Submit your novel for publication (sorry, English major). You get the idea.

7. Party. Not that you'd procrastinate or anything, but now that you are done staying up until four in the morning writing papers and studying, why not stay up until four in the morning for a good reason? Come on, you know you want to paint the town red, grab a paintbrush!

8. See the sights. If you get the chance, don't miss out on your opportunity to be a tourist and visit all the holiday displays around the city. Check out the Rockefeller Center tree. View the windows at Bloomingdale's, Saks, and Macy's. You might even check out the Origami Tree at the Museum of Natural History or the Angel Tree at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

9. Reacquaint yourself with the outside world. Once the inundation of final assignments passes, you may notice that there is, in fact, a world outside of Pace, your computer and your room. Since you have nothing but time, get out there and reacquaint yourself with the world you've had to neglect. Visit your old haunts, tell your friends that you are actually still alive, and find out what happened on your favorite TV show for the last month.

10. Catch up. Since the semester is over, you might actually have some time to do what you want in the coming weeks. So make use of that time to do everything you really wanted to do during the semester but didn't because of time constraints. Read some books for fun. Go to the movies. You could even get ahead if you buy your books ahead of time and do some reading for next semester's courses (just kidding).

Eventful week after Os.

In a blink of eye, my O's are over & my holidays have arrived! Though there were 18 papers for me (including paper 1 and 2) and the exams are stretched over a long period from 20 Oct to 13 Nov, im really glad i survived them all. Sincerely thankful to those around me because without them, i would not have been able to hand on for so long. :D

Time really flies and i've stayed at popo's house for more than a month alr! (i don't really feel like moving back home now :X) on the overall, i felt that their humanities papers are more tough. Among the sciences, physics was the most difficult one for me. Maths seem fine. Languages im not sure haha.

Really had a eventful week since the end of O levels!!!
13-15 Nov: BINTAN TRIP!

it was my first time going for this Bintan CIP trip & i definitely won't regret going, esp with all my hao peng you! :D Felt abit seasick on the way there so most of us forced ourselves to sleep to prevent getting giddy. i love the mangrove trip on those small boats! its really amazing to get the chance to go near nature and learn more about them. they are always around us but when would we slow down our steps and really look and cherish them? seldom. anyways it was an eye-opener for me to see how those prop roots, pencil roots etc look like. its surely better than only pictures in our geog textbook :D

the mangrove planting made me feel so useful! at least we're doing our part to protect our Mother Nature and save the earth hahaha. its really quite an united effort because not only us were there, but also the locals who were rather enthusiastic about going green! :) the passing of those seedlings let us have the chance to exercise also haha :D

having lessons and games and fun with the children there really makes me treasure what i have more. the condition of their school, their classrooms, its really diff from ours. there are no fans and only have 2 lights in the class. they don't have those concrete parade square but just those sandy areas, so not to mention those air-conditioned rooms like computer labs etc that we have. though they don't have those facilities that we enjoy, but they really seem so satisfied with what they have. they play those olden days game like marbles during their breaks, unlike nowadays kids who always play computer/psp etc. the biggest problem we faced was communication barrier cause we cant speak their language so we relied quite alot on the translator. how we wished we were bilingual.

they're really full of energy and playing with them makes it so fun too hahaha :D though we only have such a short period of time with them, but we hope to make a difference in them and educate them the importance of conserving the mangroves on their island because there are still many locals who are not educated and would carry out shifting cultivation etc.

the food they prepared for us was quite okay so its not that bad. and the place we live in was quite okay too :D & we became rich there because of their currency hahaha. $ many of us bought those chips like siao cause they say its cheaper than in S'pore. anw qian said i kicked her at night hahaha. & throughout the days we played alot of murderer game lol *wink wink* oh and the trip back to S'pore was not giddy at all! cause ruyi, kris, beatrice, me and some others were laughing all the way for about an hour. one of the guide was being super lame and tried to trick us those jokes la. those big fish small fish etc, cross and no cross etc. hahahahahha. kris and i laughed till our throat pain and voice changed haha. :P

so overall, it has been a meaningful and enjoyable trip! YAY :D

17 Nov 08: GRAD NIGHT! :D

Prom at Park's hotel & its surely memorable and fun hahah :D did hair and makeup with qian, linda, steph at paragon :D everyone looks so diff & glam! it was just like a photo-taking session cause everyone is taking photos everytime hahaha. saw those potential clubbers because at the end was for people to dance and its really like clubbing. some teachers wore till very nice also! our table won the 2nd lucky draw prize! hahaha. we actually thought we won't get it. hehs. its 20 dollars popular voucher for each of us!:D after that we walked to cine, wanted to catch a midnight movie but realised we missed the time. wanted to kbox but not everyone was agreeable. so yeap we made our way to qian hse by foot. qian, linda, ruyi and i was so miserable can! those high heels made us feel like we're walking on our toes and it was so painful :( linda and qian just took them off and walked barefooted but ruyi and i were not willing cause very unglam. so the 2 of us were like each other's support, limping as we walked far behind from the others haha. its really 爱美不要命！:X

finally we cannot tahan anymore so we walked barefooted too :( took us quite some time to remove the makeup and undo the hair. with those styling gel, our hair was so hard it felt like wig! but luckily it was back to normal once we washed them :D then we had a heart-to-heart talk at qian's uncle house and talked for so many hours! then around 4am, we went out to look for Macs hahaha. the one at centrepoint wasn't 24h that day! :( so we had to walk to other places to look for other Macs. finally walked till near far east opp that open air Macs. then we realised we siao one, could have ordered delivery cause by the time we reached the Macs, its was about 5am alr. :X

most of us felt so sleepy! i just felt like closing my eyes and eating together. hahaha. some of us really wanted to just sleep at Macs there alr cause we dont feel like walking all the way back. then all of us went high and crazy tgt. started singing out loud and zi high :D we even walked in the middle of some roads like its ours hahaha. i even just grabbed onto wendy's arm and closed my eyes and walked lol :D took about 40mins to walk back and slept at about 6.40am. steph said i kicked her hahaha :X

18-20 Nov 08: I&E CAMP 08!
so in the morning linda, qian and i went to eat burger king at great world. met joey and then went to buy the gift we needed for the gift exchange. then joey went home while linda and i went popo hse. had to pack my things needed and linda's and my plan to put nail polish failed like dunno wad! hahaha. cause she kept doing and cleaning away and when joey smsed us to go down cause she can fetch us, she only did ONE finger (or was it toe? haha i forgot) then mine not finished so we cleaned away .-. lol

it was our 5th anniversary so they invited back the previous batch of seniors too:D but sadly ms tan was sick and couldn't join us in the celebration :( played captain's ball among ourselves and it was fun! but we later all had muscle aches cause very long never exercised like that alr. the 100s challenge at night was fun as i see the juniors putting in their efforts to complete the tasks. oh and they gave us a shock! some of us sec4s were sitting on those trolley to transport goods kind and it was used for the challenge too so there was a rope attached to it. then while we were talking, they suddenly all grabbed the rope and pulled us along! pearlyn even hopped on later on hahaha. it was so sudden we almost fell and had to hold onto each other super tight. hehehe. but it made us see the innovative side of them to prank us too haha.

slept in the hall cause aircon rooms were not allowed to be used during camps to save our electricity. lucky we did not see any cockroaches in there :D linda, jesselyn and i really needed our sleep then.

the next day was the ISLANDWIDE treasure hunt. linda, jesselyn, pearlyn and i made a team with yuqi, huizhen, brenda following us. the 2 seniors shared alot of things with us about JC and it made me have a better idea of what to expect next year. :D the clues were really very well done because they were all in poem forms and its so chim we cant understand how to guess the places to go. so we went to the south, west and north area. east area did not go cause there was not enough time alr. really explored quite abit of S'pore & it was definitely tiring.

then had BBQ for the night. the juniors performed for us and it made me think back of all the times i had in this cca these 4 years. there were tough and fun times of course, and it made me feel that i've really gained alot from this cca. those hard times were surely when i took over the role of CEO in sec 3. alot of planning for everything had to be done and should anything goes wrong, its my responsibility. i could really understand the stress that limin is facing. but dont worry, it allowed me to gain alot of experience too! :) the farewell gift was nice too! oh and we're in the I&E alumni! hehe xD then we carried out our traditions such as the burning of "bad" paper etc. =)) the sec 3s have really grown when we first saw them when they were sec 1s. now they have the better ability to organise things and make changes impromptu & be flexible with things :D claps for them!*

had the gift exchange on the last day and presentation of prizes. then its break camp alr! :D super tired already.

20-21 Nov 08: 4C2'08 class chalet!
had to rush back to popo hse cause i have not packed a single thing for class chalet haha. but firstly i took a nap when i reached home :D really needed to replenish my energy. then later on went to meet linda and jesselyn to go tgt to aloha loyang. arrived at about 4 plus and the 4 of us rented bike to cycle for an hour cause the rest of the pple were almost returning their bike when we arrived alr.

we found out that there was a stable! so we cycled there and took pics with the pony hahaha. there was one with the name "jessie"! :D quite good exercise since its been long since i cycled already! then later on went to the breakwaters there to take photos hahaha :D

had BBQ the night. later on swee, ruyi, kris, shiqi and i played the super exciting card game! made us super high and scream like dunno wad. hahahha. then there was this little girl who always came to us with her hands covering her ears saying we very noisy so her ears are painful :X went to stroll after dinner near the beach and played the "mm chi" and murderer game too hahaha.

stayed up the night with ruyi, jeannette, shiqi, eunice, wendy :D had an adventurous night. -.- esp the cat fight thing still freaks me out now!!!!!!!!! :( oh and we were locked out of the chalet so we helped jeannette to climb in the window to open the door for us. hahaha. failed to watch our sunrise cause we were trapped within the compounds of aloha loyang. :( then went to sleep at 7am this morning. woken up by linda at 9 plus and she threw her wallet at me. hahaha. felt so tired!!!

then checked out at 10 and went to take photos while waiting for the shuttle bus at 10.55am. had brunch at Macs again before heading home. linda, kris and i even alighted at eunos (i think) to meet swee to pass her the Macs lunch she was about to have. she kept asking us to go find her during her lunch break cause she very lonely to eat alone cause she is working during the holidays.

reached popo hse, showered and slept till evening :D and now here im blogging hahaha. okay shall go sleep soon and replenish my sleep for the past few days! :))

anyways im super glad im half way through my Os alr! :D up to date, took 10 papers and im left with 8 more to go! hmm to summarise them, i felt the more challenging/weird ones are physics, physical geog! really cant wait to finish them all and playyyyy! =)) hope the rest of the papers are managable! ^^

thankful to jie & benben who called me that day and crapped with me to relieve my stress hahaha. super lame of them but its funny and nice haha! at least it made me smile again :D oooh and they came to visit me! how nice! :D mummy was nice too.. she always called me and asked how was my exams and before Os started, they even came to see how i was and reminded me to work hard. & of course buying me so much snacks and essence of chicken x)) oh and thanks to cousin T for her dedicated blogpost to me! thanks to biujie for buying snacks and sharing with me haha! & of course thanks to gonggong, popo & the lovable kids in the house! love ya all! :D

btw happy halloween! seeing the kids dress up is fun! oh and linda being tortured by nicole to wear the wolf hat! wahahaha :P but its not as fun as last year :(

watched alot of HK show ytd cause wanted to take a break since so many exams are over! (tang xin feng bao - jia hao yue yuan) its super duper nice!! very touching drama cause its about alot of family stuffs etc and some parts are very funny! and as usual, cried for several scenes for the show ytd and guess wad, jiejie kindly announced it to her friends (dannie, ee theng, sheila) cause they came our hse to do present for kuku shuan! i din know abt it till she told me later on at night. :X its normal to cry when watching shows right! hahaha jiejie ure the weird one ma :)

but there's still HCL paper on mon and im done for prelims!!! YAY! :D so yup went town with jiejie today and we actually intended to buy clothes to wear for tmr since biujie's ROM with johnjohn is tmr!!!!! but we didn't manage to find many suitable ones and we ended up buying several other types of clothes haha. we bought in total 2 shirts, a shorts, a tube, a shirt dress, and a dress! hmmm we're not supposed to spend so much! but since its been long since i went shopping with jiejie... hahahaa... :D wanted to ask oty along too but she cant cause she have piano exam next thurs and she haven touched her hw! :(

is it true tat ure old when u start reminiscing? honestly, i have. i think about the times spent in class, spent with friends. actually its about the times spent in crescent. 3 years plus have past alr and i still haven forgotten how excited i actually felt in going sch in sec 1, i haven forgotten the class chalets, class outings, farewell party for teachers tat made us cry cause of the super touching ppt slides and many more. we're alr reaching the end in a few months time and i think i would miss it in time to come. Our teachers always remind us that its our last hurdle and we MUST get through it. & i really hope we all will :D

sept holidays finally arrived! (: in the midst of prelims, started on mon till thurs and will continue again after the break week. some like human geog, bio, amath p1 seems like i wont do well. i feel im not hardworking enough (though biujie always say im alr as compared to her) =(

teachers day celebration today! i must say 4c1's performance was great! they really put in much efforts for it.. we felt so guilty for not performing anything for our teachers :( i guess its the 2nd last major event for us in Crescent cause next one should be our farewell ceremony already.. i don't want that day to come!! im sure we would all cry like there's no tmr, cause i dun wanna part with Crescent, our teachers, and my friends. the thought of it makes me sad now :(

anyways, hope the teachers enjoyed their day today! Im really thankful to all our dedicated teachers who put in their blood and sweat for us! [not literally blood .-.] Hope they dont get too stressed up too! we will work hard de :D HAPPY TEACHERS DAY to all my FUN teachers!!!

went to IT fair today with jie before mummy daddy and ben came to find us. we bought our camera! yay! oh and thanks to mummy~ she bought me my chi electronic dictionary cause the previous one spoilt le :D met uncle peng and his gang! lol.

went sch slightly earlier to do our physics project on pressure! and our whole class went back to school today specially to give Ms Ho a surprise party to celebrate her birthday! :D hahaha its been a great plan! and wow the chips we all brought was just like a mountain, erm abit exaggerate though! :P

hanna,eunice,xiao qi put cake cream on her face! & as wad sweechen said, she went mad like that and started making on us haha! she said she's very touched by us aww=D Then we started taking some pics in the canteen & reminisce the times we had last time when we took those weird poses!! hahah! :D

Went to SAJC open house today [sweechen & i pulled ruyi along wahaha!] & im sure it benefitted us all! had a tour guide to bring us along and we also attended the talk by Mrs Lee. i really miss her alot.. hmmm the talk allowed me to have a better understanding about JCs and A levels etc :) Saw yuqi & lois too! think they're having fun in that school, but which JC students doesn't have fun anyways? i think i would want to go SA if its not so far! but well, all decisions would be made after release of Os results haha :D ohyeah, the band was good! made me feel like wanna joining~

okay had a crazy time with sweechen, ruyi, jesselyn, linda, qianying! cause as usual, we're always making fun of jesselyn and linda cause they're lovers! hahahaha! so they're known as SEMM & BEMM! shalln't write out the meaning of the letters as long as we know it haha! so anyways, sweechen, ruyi and i started our CURRY CORPORATION & we're the special C=C bonds! :D hahahaha! soooooo~ we're curry kantang (actually was i named her curry curry, but after awhile, ruyi and i realised its too nice hahaha! so changed!) , curry beng (i always have the urge to call her kuay beng haha! ), and curry puff respectively! :D

okay so we had a long and tiring day so we all felt so sleepy! took quite awhile to reach home aft KFC lunch and had to leave home again to go fetch benben from tuition! wads worse was, when coming back, we both din see properly and ended up taking the wrong lrt train! so it went by service B instead of A, so we had to change and go back to BPP then change agn to take service A hahaha waste our time.

i wanna watch national day parade, as in go there and watch cause the last time was when i was p5. =(

yesterday was speech day celebration so the sec 4s could attend the prize giving ceremony. feels great seeing most of our seniors again after so many months! but din really had the chance to talk to them.. apparently they have done such a good job cos many of them received prizes! :D congrats to linda, sweechen, jesselyn, wendy etc too! (:

perhaps its my special period of the month now so somehow my mood seems weird. not so myself i guess. just ytd, i felt so left out during the whole ceremony in the hall cos i just din really feel like talking and i even sat alone [sort of, cos its not with the group] so i actually wanted to just go home after school but i couldn't make up my mind and ended up going to the library with joey, sc, qy, linda.

cant really focus then & even had to ask linda quite several times to help me with my amaths. haha so i felt quite bad keep disturbing her. sighs. haha im sure none of them knew tat i went to the toilet to cry. so i left the library early and went popo hse cos i din want to be alone at home[mum, dad and ben went out], and seeing the kids would often cheer me up :D

had a bad headache while on the way there but luckily i din faint halfway haha. i must have looked horrible cos even ryan asked if i was very tired the moment i entered the house lol. so i grabbed some lunch, ate panadol and went to sleep..

i confided in jiejie my troubles today & surprisingly she gave me advices too. i think there's no one else i can say all these to except her. thanks loads! jiejie said smth like think of myself as a bead and i need to link and reach out to others before i can form a necklace.. so in conclusion, i need to learn to speak up for myself and be more inclusive. (:

im really grateful for my lovely grandparents! gonggong always cook my favourite food when i come here and popo is always willing to be my listening ear & whenever im unwell, she would be there too! (: of course not forgetting my parents and siblings and cousins! they are all great people who are of utmost importance to me! :D

i must persevere for myself. (:

Hello people! today is a veryyyyyyyyyyy special day haha! Guess what. today(2nd july) is JESSICA ONG's sweet 16 birthday! wahaha! ;P it's really been a very memorable birthday for me this year. Right from midnight, gessle sent me 16 smses cos im sixteen! haha. hmm oh, sweechen & the rest tricked me in the morning! i went happily to school & saw a big taka plastic bag on my table! they said i cant see wads inside, neither could i touch it! yeah so i din lah hahah. but as i wanted to do my geog & was about to take my powerpack from e table, i happen to realise my books are gone!

hahaha. so yeah, they actually put my things inside e bag lohs haha. well, i actually expected it to be an empty one. ;P hahaha so the real one came soon. i was super surprised lah!! they bought such a big pink thing for me! :DDD haha! it looked like a toilet bowl! but its not lah, its a very cute portable furry pink chair! they insisted me to try and sit on it & i was so reluctant at first cos i was afraid they tried to prank me lol! but ruyi just pulled me and made me sit haha! its very nice eh haha =))

oh yeah, thanks ruyi, wendy, shiqi, sophia, sweechen, linda, qianying, kristie for ur presents! =D & thanks to everyone who smsed me birthday wishes! loved them loads! ^^ hahaha. oh ya, hmm mr samat took us for PE today! & he asked the class to sing birthday song for me lol. & my legs are very suan from the dance practice now! :/ Ms Goh asked e lit combined classes to sing for me too, i feel so bu hao yi si lahs! haha :D

anw, i was super touched that sweechen baked a chocolate cake for me! QY and her was like fiddling with something on the bench while i was eating during recess & they suddenly brought up a little cake! hahaha. really, i felt very thankful for their efforts cause its the first time someone made me a cake on my birthday! :) thanks woman & people! ^^

After surviving the lit mock test, i went to meet jiejie & ges! hehe. lunched/dinnered then we went to watch the "zohan" movie! :D its my first NC16 movie! wahaha. very memorable right. =D hmmm its quite funny lahs though jie said its not very nice :/ anyway, we were supposed to be on our way home aft the movie but jie suddenly say she hungry so went to buy a small cake from polar! then ges suddenly disappeared lah haha. so yup anyways, they surprised me with the cake!!! & they went through so much trouble cos the cake was bought in front of me so they cant get the candles and fork and knife etc. otherwise i would realise.. oh and ges went to buy a lighter just to light the candles! hahaha. really touching. thanks people! xD

so in conclusion, today has been such a wonderful day cos i enjoyed it loads! wahaha. its the first time i watched a NC16 movie, its the first time someone baked a cake for me on my birthday, & its also the first time someone bought me a cake on my birthday! :D It has been really a memorable sweet 16 this year. THANK YOU! :)

alright, for my birthday resolution this year,
1. Study hard & work hard to achieve my personal target & achievement for Os!!!
2. Love the people around me & always cherish them! :D
3. Stay happy, stay healthy & smile always.
4. Don't spend too much money~, gotta be thrifty haha!

Sweet 16th BBQ celebration!! [27 June 2008]

The reason im still awake and blogging now is cause i just had a bath again & hair is wet! so cant sleep yet though im relatively tired. my legs feel so suan now! haha. okay shall start blogging about today's bday celebration!

Thanks to Yiyi (aunt sharon) & biujie, we managed to reach popo hse faster cos they drove to my school to pick us up. hahaha yup they gotta squeeze for a little short while. i said 'they' cos i sat in front with kylie! so its not squeezy for me hehe :P We started preparing the BBQ the moment we reached popo hse cos firstly, we're hungry, & 2ndly we reached there later than expected!

We were held back to help mr tan with some matters hence e delay lol. so beatrice & rachel actually reached popo hse earlier than us! .-. they were entertained by Nicole and Reymus, or was it the other round?? ;) & they asked nicole & reymus to make a card for me! how touching~~ thanks to all 4! x)

Special thanks to steph & ruyi cos they're experienced in starting fires for bbq hence they stayed there and helped to BBQ for quite a while! Nvr forgetting wendy, shiqi, joey, xinyi, kris, rachel, jesselyn, padmini, sweechen and melanie too! oh, and beatrice and rachel & liu xin who offered to be the one who fans people/food! Linda & qian ying was busy making friends with Kylie! hahaha linda, dun be upset that she cant rmb ur name! :P

yupyup so i had great fun today with my fellow classmates & ex-classmates =DDD special note to mention, i was pushed innocently into the pool! haha! so yah its quite fun lahs. so i tried dragging people into it too! hehe. so in the end, joey, linda & krisite fell into the pool as well xD sweechen refues to let go of the seat and continues to grab it! .-.

so when i was totally off guard cos i was focusing on pulling some pple into the pool, biujie and jiejie took this golden opportunity to 'dirty' me abit more since i was alr wet! =P they faked saying want me to take photo with them, and they suddenly had cream on theirs hands behind their backs without me knowing! so yeah, my face became YELLOW! ;/

these events are indeed what i would rmb for during my birthday party hahaha! xDD

hmmmm anw im really thankful to those who made time to come for my BBQ, including friends & family! Esp those who was at the BBQ pit the whole time bbq-ing food! =) & of course never forgetting my family, those who put in so much effort to make today possible! They include Popo, Gonggong, Biujie, jiejie, yiyi, mummy, daddy etc! however it indeed is a fun birthday celebration for me! xD

Ah sim suggested i apply hazeline snow & say i must nvr go pluck it or shave it cos it might worsen e condition.. :/

Anyways mummy complaint i nvr study again.. cos she sees the times when i play, but nvr the times when im doing my work.. i din even feel like explaining myself today so just kept quiet & let her say.. :/ But its okay, like wad ges said, i must do well for Os & prove to mummy that i did my work! :DDD yay! :))

hmm im troubled & dunno if i should celebrate my bday, as in like invite my friends etc. Cos we usually celebrate the ages of 12, 16, 18, 21. aiyah i also dunno lahhs :( hope i can make up my mind soon. Actually i realise that birthdays aren't exactly that exciting.. its always the same, nth much to expect haha. :P

Hello everyone :D well i wonder how pple starts their post entry, somehow it seems weird haha!

11th june 08, wed:

Outing day with sisA, ges, gab, wan xian & cousT [supposedly to come along, but she injured her knee & cant even walk properly :( ] haha yes cousT i read ur blog.. well.. its fate.. perhaps next time then haha! :P watched 'wad happens in vegas' @ vivo at 11am! seldom watches so early cos needa wake up early! hahaha. anw, we weren't late for e movie luckily & its super funny =P a good time to laugh & de-stress aft so many things happened :)

lunched at some white smth cafe [cant rmb .-.] for e first time & the food is pretty nice! =] they have set lunches too ((: ohya e waitress hand wobbly then broke a plate of food, gave me a shock la cos its super loud~ lucky no one got hurt xD

walked walked around & we chanced upon pool tables in timezone! hahaha. so they wanted to play & must be cos i smiled so sweetly e guy allowed me to play. wahaha! =] im really getting e hang of pool alr i guess though many times, e ball doesn't get in =/ yup confirmed gab & ges eyes got parallax error cos cant hit straight lolol~ ok im so bad =P in e end, ges sat in e corner of e walls & emo wahahaha aiyoh! oh & ges kicked me alot of times bully! .-.

then went to get some drinks & rest :D ohya so aft tt we went to play e pianos & drumset in dunno wad store :P & we went shopping~~ tried looking for cousD prezzie but din find nice ones.. oh & we got biujie's gift voucher from newurbanmale =D anw, they're like elderly lahs! whole body ache hahaha. told ya ur bones are old & fragile alr! hehe=P so they went home soon aft, while jie & i went to look for biujie cos she's in town with hamster cindee.

dinnered @ pepperlunch e first time & its so-so la.. regretted choosing icelemontea cos its not seasons brand. =x joined biujie & hamster for shopping cos biujie wants to buy clothes to wear for her 21st birthday party today!

Cindee's joke is super funny tat jie & i cant stop laughing! hahaha! okay here goes.

大包 and 小包 were at the river.. then 小包 fell into the river. guess what happened to him??

the funny thing is jie guessed it right e first time & then we asked hamster huh so wads e riddle abt.. & she said cos most of the people wont guess that it drowned cause he cant swim & 大包never save it! hahaha! so 大包character is actually quite irrelevant cos he nvr do anything at all! hahaha so lame! .-.

next riddle: there's a couple at e seaside. e guy bought a ring for e girl but he accidently dropped it or smth so he had to go find it in e sea. but guess wad he found?

its funny cos we both guessed things like seashell, sand, water, fish etc cos she actually said that there's no link with e first one! hahahah! cos we happened to ask her if there's any link, & if she say yes, then it would be so obvious. so we laughed like dunno wad cos we wont guess of that at all hahaha! okay i conclude that im as random as cousT hehehe:D

anyway we finally bought huixian e crumpler bag for her bday gift! :D yup hopes she likes it! (: hahaha yah cousT i know u will wanna hum thump her whenever u see her holding it lolol.

14th june 08, sat:

Today! Aunt sharon & family & popo just returned Spore this morning from Australia! haven seen nicole, kylie, cayden for so so long! they had a great time certainly yeah =D so biujie celebrated her 21st birthday today! Quite a busy day however its FUN! :D went with her to collect her 5kg cake & had to go through so much trouble to bring it back carefully & finally finding a place in e fridge of aunt sandra's hse to put.. but with perseverance, we managed to do so! yay! haha.

e buffet arrived early so they went to set up things. had to babysit Raphael for quite awhile & he kept wanting to eat my bear bear necklace.. but i managed to handle him well okays. =) so yups, took quite a few photos! & e helium balloons were lovely which made e party atmosphere so nice~ anw, cousD took unglam pic of me & he din delete when he said he would laaahhh~ =( he still show so many pple tskkkk.

okay anyways, its past 12 so its 15th June now! so... HAPPY 21ST BIRTHDAY BIUJIE!! may your wishes come true & i officially announce u as an....... ADULT! haha! =D happy adulthood~

5th june, thurs:

had 2 lit seminars & i felt e unseen one was way better than e first one~ haha! yup. then learnt how to play e guitar from jersell & jiejie! realised its not tt difficult as i thought but still, its difficult :P however, its fun! hahaha ironic~

went back for Amath & chem lessons. then went for pastamania lunch with paddy & jesselyn @ cine[PLEX]!:D haha! took unglam pics of paddy cos she's just super funny! cant resist doing so hahaha! took neos & if im not wrong, its e first one padmini and i took this year! ((: walked around awhile b4 meeting jie & cousinT at far east. wah i walked from cine to far east then they say they wanna go paragon alr .-. haha! okay nvm im forgiving~ wahaha!

biujie joined us later too! they went to do their eyebrows so poor cousinT & i waited for abt an hour with starving stomachs :( haha. had subway for dinner & thanks biujie for e treat! =D haha!

June has arrived!

The june holidays arrived~~! though i gotta return sch for lessons for e 1st 2 weeks of holidays, but its still e june holidays! =]

MIDNIGHT MADNESS on 24 may 08 at BPP, so went wif family & ty/jh. Spent over $30 from 8-12am & we could buy a carton of coke at a grand total of .............$0.10! hahaha! copied jie's phrasing =D but e queue was super duper long & we were e 99th one out of 400 =D crapped with ty & jie while waiting & it took more than an hour lohh.

ty & jh stayed over at our hse! had home-cooked food! yay! :D Din go sch on Mon 26 May to support those taking O lvl express chi cos no one was available to stay home with ty/jh aft their sch. So went to fetch jh from boon lay interchange & ongtseyin, e bus ride of 23 stops took me only 28 mins! hahaha! thot it would take abt an hr or so.. :/ so reached there quite early. went to walk ard JP and realised i hadn't been there for so long! kinda wandered around aimlessly~

met gessy e pig for dinner with jie at causeway point & i was EARLIEST. x)) they slowpoke lohhs haha! another fren of hers came too. named "yan jing" or smth. well he seemed overly active & most of e time i had no idea wad he was saying haha! was super surprised when i saw e piggy drawing in gessy hp's screensaver. its too cute wad haha! irresistable~ we had no idea wad to eat & in e end we ate at KFC! [aft walkin so long in e food court haha!]

& yup i finally realised wad brunch means jersell .-. & to think tt jh/ty/jie all knows when i asked them if they know wad is breakfast n lunch! haha!

28 may 08, wed:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ONGTSEYIN! =]] most of ur bdae times was spent with me! wahaha! went for e chalet at pasir ris & we sat e swing for dunno how many hrs with weechieh, listening to her songs haha! i sat till i felt like i was swingin even though i sat on a normal chair aft that! =/ so yup anyway, hope she liked e blouse we bought for her! & im only one year elder than u now hahah! =P oh darren brought yiru for e first time though we alr knew her existence hehe. hmm she seems quite a quiet person & darren was like trying to make us talk with her! we also shy ma right tseyin? haha! =D then went ty hse to stayover & slept at ard 3am!

haha tt day i toured e mrt lah! cos bio was released early. so aft e pizza treat from Ms Chua, went to take mrt with qian & linda. took to aljunied with linda, alighted at paya lebar, enjoyed e air & scenery for a while, took e train backwards, alighted at tanjong pagar & without realising, i missed e train ty was in! .-. haha! cos she said her phone hanged when she was abt to sms me to board.. okay so finally met her later on & off we went to pasir ris. cycled & had bbq tt day.

i did e forfeit in class tt day!!! cos i accidently drank e slowest for e drinking competition e day before & i had to suddenly stand up in ms ho's class, say "i love u ms ho" then go and hug her! hahaha! i was super scared okay, but i had no choice but to do lahhhs. =( well ms ho was definitely shocked & e whole class was laughin like dunno wad! hahaha!

went chalet agn after school, met ty at pasir ris mrt. had buffet =] martin came too & he din had to wear his army suit when i thot he would come in tt haha! celebrated edward's bdae =)

wasted my saturday cause i "rocked" e whole day! hahaha! seriously din do anything. =( sunday was physics day, today too! hahaha!

Aunt sharon & family & popo are in Australia now! =] wonder wad they're doing now haha! hope they have a safe trip and enjoy! oh & i miss u angelineong. though e camp's only 2days 1 night haha, but still it feels weird without u =X come back soooooon! its just tmr, very soon haha!

ohno, i just realised e previous post was not e 50th one! its only e 46th one hahaha! .-. hmm watched quite alot of tv/hk dramas this week! & i feel so guilty not doing my work fast enough. but its okay, i'll buck up on my holiday hw! :D

22nd may '08, thurs:

sch ended at 1.15 instead of 3.15. went for yoshinoya lunch with swee/linda/qy/kris/steph/jesselyn/xinyi at Taka! haha cause i felt like eatin & suggested it heh =)) had drinkin competition among us with xinyi as judge & linda suggested a punishment for e loser! haha! wah, at first we were like all laughin & they drank super fast! i ended up 5th and as expected, linda was last! hahah! ;) she had this bunny look, trying to not spill e drink out from er mouth haha! so she had to make my finger movement thingy on ms ho's shoulder hahah! :P

rushed back for I&E but couldn't quite make it. so just had little talk with limin & tracy :) well i was quite taken aback upon hearing tt one of our juniors felt quite against e cca though she appears to be so guai :( dear limin/tracy & committee of I&E '0809, pls persevere & dont give up though things may be tough at times ok.. really hope our cca would continue to do well or better along e years :D

stayed in millienium classroom with joey/liu xin/kris/qy/linda/swee/jesselyn/xinyi/carol/kelly to do hw & pass time! haha. they watched shows & i actually din watch eh, till they on e super junior one! then i began watchin lahs. cause its SUPER FUNNY!!! ohmy hahah! esp those water parts! e one they had to hold their breath under water & compete, those lame yet funny ideas they came out with to try to breathe and stay longer under water hahaha! very nice! =))

then we went for parent seminar thingy & mummy rushed here aft work! thanks mummy! :)) ohyah, so it was announced tt our prelims wouldn't be counted like previous years & we only will have one submission to e JC/poly! oh and cca points could be used for 2 bonus points! yay! :D think mrs wong's part was very useful cause she talked abt wad parents could do during our exam periods! hahaha =P & e HOD's part was quite funny too haha!

went for dinner aft tt at far east subway with mummy. & i realised i ate e rubber band for my braces! .-. cause i was very sure i had it on before eating, & it disappeared after e meal haha! must be cause i opened my mouth too big to eat subway sandwich which is so big & e rubber band snapped without me realising. and ta-da! it went down my stomach with my food haha! & i even joked sayin i believe tt e rubber band wouldn't be digested haha! but true wad right?

23rd may '08, friday:

last day of sch! fit run was quite fun today for unknown reasons haha! had spring cleaning & yea e classroom is really kinda dirty & dusty =/ sch ended at 10 plus! wow super early haha! went vivo with shiqi/wendy/jeannette/ruyi/kris/jesselyn/xinyi/haslinda & hanna met us later on. lunched & walked awhile. then jesselyn went haslinda's hse while e rest of us went wendy's hse! hahaha =) played mahjong with some of us pairing up cause too many ppl haha! [i paired with jeannette!]. wah shiqi & xinyi always discuss super long cos xinyi seems to like every tile n dun wan to throw! =x haha okay it was fun though! =]

played stacker later & i so dui bu qi jeannette! hahaha! cause i threw till "draw 2" several times & it meant tt the next player had to draw 2! =S so yeah, was exciting & challengin given tt e mahjong table was smooth n e fan was blowing. we used our geog knowledge when we saw this! cause we said it looked like a building moving with e shock but nvr collapse! :D then played scrabble while watchin "yu le bai fen bai". & we managed to use up all e tiles! so cool ^^

bused home & thanks wendy for walkin me to e bus stop! =DD dinner-ed with jie @ macs & homed! alright im gonna add in some pics for e previous posts cos jie & biujie just sent me :D

YAY i've finally reached my 50th post! hahaha though it seems slow, but still.. for someone who dont blog everyday, its an achievement xP Went gai-gai-ing with jie and tseyin on sunday, 18th may 08 & we really TOWNED. started off at cine [*cineplex! hahaha!] with kobayashi for lunch, then heeren, paragon, taka, wisma, far east & finally baack to cine agn. Its been long since we 3 went out like this & e feeling is back! [accordin to jie haha]

We all bought things cause we said tt we would not go home if we dont buy anything! haha this always works x) quite pleased with wad we got & jie kept saying she's jealous of ty cos of e shirt ty bought which she likes. after walking for abt 8-9 hours, ty said it was felt just like her trainin n she began walking like errr ostrich?? hahaha its super funny cause she was like cyclin in e air. & i laughed like dunno wad when i was behind her walkin down e escalator. :S

Met jie's friends [jonathan, fast, yue ni] & ty and i kept observing ahem hahaha. ty was observant n saw he pierced his ears eh. so it made jie super happy cos she din realise b4 haha! overall he's nice lah, but e him in rl & e him in sms is like tian yuan zhi bie! =/

Was forced to wake up early today cos we had to go for dim sum buffet for belated celebration of mothers' day. e food was nice but i just dun like tat old auntie~ her service not very good and so many of us felt so annoyed by her! .-. Walked to e new shoppin centre at chinatown cos we nvr went before. Its quite small but have many levels lah. & i realised they have many shoe shops haha! Today was fun overall! shall upload pics after getting from biujie/tseyin/jie! :D

8th May '08. thursday:

stayed back for I&E with jesslyn and zoeleen to do accounts! ohmy, quite scary seeing so much money! hahaha, lucky we were calm enough to handle things and thanks to stephanie and vanessa who stayed back to help us too though they aren't i&e clubbers lol. x)) Managed to finish earlier than expected.

Went for Mothers Day Dinner after that with whole family at near 99 hse but not everyone went cause darren's family din go :/ hmm i suppose they aren't very good cos jie was very unsatisfied with them hahah. she tried to act pro cause she say she's studyin hotel and hospitality management so she should have some comments hahah! but honestly i felt so happy seeing tseyin & e rest! it has been long since i saw her cause we had our exams.. :D

nothing much in sch cause teachers din come in for lessons.. e chi girls had their intensive cause their O lvl chi coming! Jiayou everyone, dont give up! :] brought benben for tuition n i went to CCK library to stay for 1 & 1/2 h to do e Mothers' day gift for mummy! :] then went to cut hair with jie at Bangkit [not bangladesh wendy! haha!] and im so so glad they din cut my fringe wrongly lolol. will nvr forget that terrible experience =x jie complained tt e lady cut her 'tail' away haha.

10th May'08, saturday:

went shopping with jie at Bugis and she certainly bought quite a few things. happy her! =D esp e part when she realised e mickey industry shop had closing down sales & it was super cheap! so she bought a tube and we bought a skirt for rachel x) after all e shopping, we bused to woodlands interchange to meet shiqi, kris, qy to go RP tgt for chenglu's grp competition for OSA live! felt bad cause we were late! ahhh haha :( anyways many pple from Crescent turned up to support them! haha its e crescentian spirit! :D

Their magic were so cooool! AWESOME! alot of effort were definitely put in and they deserve our full support! :D we screamed out lungs out & everyone felt throat pain~ =/ but its worth it cause we won the best fan group! haha! ^^ oohh and e band "justB" from last yr's superband performed too! ohmy! they're sooo cool! shiqi, kris and i felt they should win superband instead! hahaha! we support them! yay! =) [i support kongkongyuetuan too! :D]

It ended overtime and hungry jie and i went causeway point for dinner, or rather supper. hehhs. Macs was e best choice cause others were closed! n we happily took our time to eat and guess wad! after finishing, we realised tt we still had to go home and we might miss e last bus! it was 11.45 n e last bus was 11.30 .-.! hahah lucky we managed to catch e train =) had a great day of fun still!

All mothers deserve this day cause of the efforts they put in for the family! they're usually e emotional centre of the family [hehe using our lit huhhs] and furthermore Ms goh said tt housewives actually should earn the most! see, they cook [chef], clean e hse, wash e clothes [domestic helpers], teach e kids their work [teachers], look after children [daycare centre], fetch e kids to sch [driver] etc etc. they have to take up so much work & they're known as housewives! :D

though my mum's working, but tt doesn't mean she does not put in as much effort for e family! i really appreciate everything she's done for us & i hope she'd be happy always! iloveyou! hope she liked my gift! =] had another mini celebration & ordered pizza hehe :D

13th /14th may '08, tue & wed:

had Bio SPA and Chem SPA skill 1 & 2 respectively on tue and wed. its finally our last ones for these 2 subj! started havin SPA since last yr alr.. hmm left with Physics now! Bio was kinda bad cause i studied potato strips exp & it came our visking tubing! i've nvr even used it b4 ehhs :( haha luckily chem was still alright =D

14th - 16th may '08. wed-fri:

received our mid-year results on these 3 days & friday was just disaster. din do as well as targeted for some subjects like physics etc & felt so disappointed with myself. i really tried to control myself in e hall, but linda jokingly said we'll just wet our pillows at night with our tears & mine really came out then hahaha. its alr mid-year and im still getting such results? i needa reflect.. =O anyways, thanks loads to jesselyn, linda, qy, swee, kris, priya, paddy, jeannette, hanna, joey, steph etc for cheering me up! hehhs thanks for e huggs & encouragements :DDD

so went popo hse on friday cause i needed to get myself happy & seeing the kids always helped! ((: they're as cute as ever and cayden can alr crawl! wow tats fast, it shows how long i haven seen him! =X slept with e kids while they had their afternoon nap :D ooh & john john kept saying im a slacker and pig! .-. just cos i was lying on e sofa watching tv hahaha. anw, happy belated bdae to him! it was his bdae on 15th may and wahh he drank abt $500 worth of alcohol without havin to pay anything cause he famous mahh, then go there n ppl were like eh john, ur bdae i treat u a drink etc! haha he told us one. & he said his body still feeling so hot cause its hard liqour i think. =X

today! baked chocolate chip & butter cookies with jie :DD quite fun & its edible okay! haha :D and i almost forgot to add baking powder for e choc chip cookies! lucky i saw e list agn.. but! after doing e butter cookies.. i found out tt i din add vanilla essence! hahaha! and popo & jie was laughing at me! haha! :S but i think jie's angry with me now :(( cause we were supposed to go home at 9pm but i fell aslp and woke up ard 10! so she was like we can _______ stay at popo hse tonight alr lah. so sorry laaa, really din slp so long on purpose.. all jersell fault lah, whole day say i piggy :( i kick him next time for u jie k hehehe. dun angry le pls! =D

It has been so so so long since i blogged! Finally, we managed to survive 18 papers for our mid-years! You cant imagine the relief and joy that i feel now cause this time, mid years since to prolong over such a long period of time, and exams just seeem like an everyday practice. Its like FINALLY! :D

Since i began preparing for midyears, the most frequent place i hang out, other than home and school, is the library! Including school library for night studies on fridays with shiqi & e rest, bukit merah library after sat's lesson with swee/joey, Jurong east library with xinyi/jiaying/kasturi on sat without lessons, queenstown library.

Linda's limegreen caterpillar incident amused us alot & certainly made our day haha! Went PS for pizza hut lunch & walk-walk. :D i still find sweechen super funny la! Her phrase: my wallet is trembling! hahaha! so lame right! Anyways kris & i were looking for inspirations for mother's day gift & we realised tt one year ago, we were doing e same thing! we discussed & made e same thing for our mums haha! so history kinda repeated itself & everything just seem like ytd! Yup we decided on wad to do alr hehe :D

Then met jie at causeway point & we talked alot. She said i neglected her cos i was studyin everyday :/ well, at least im free today! YAY! so shiok x)) She told me many many things & i could tell she was a little attitude/pissed today :X haha din offend her or else i would kana her attitude for sure.

Blogging/using comp/msn-ing all seems so distant suddenly cos i haven used for such a long time. sometimes, its still hard to believe tt time passes so quickly. indeed, time is perishable. I've got so many things on my mind to blog but i just cant seem to sort them out properly yet haha, another day perhaps. Currently, i miss going popo hse! i miss the kids & everyone! i miss homecooked food too! x)) qianying and i were so excited talking abt going back to our grandma hse hahaha!

I think my phone is having some probs agn. Jesselyn & zoeleen messaged me but i received neither at all .-. otherwise at times, i receive e msg much later. i needa change one soon :D

heya its been almost a month and im finally back to blogging tonight! :D shall highlight the more significant things tt happened over the month of march '08!

Alright starting off was the March holidays: i rmb having quite alot of hw and out of the 5 days of holidays, i went back to sch for 4 days :/ But it was still enjoyable for we went to popo hse to stay! Had lunch at Aunt Sharon's hse on 12 Mar [wed] cause she prepared ingredients for us to hand-make our own pizzas, & i think its so cutee and suitable for little parties! hahaha :D

Its Sweechen's sweet 16 on 13 March [Thurs]! Plus Linda/Jeannette/FangYing etc went off to Ireland on tat day hence we went to airport to send her off. Finally saw the terminal 3 & its super clean! hahaha the floor was sparkling shiny~ They had Sakae sushi to celebrate swee's bdae but kris and i had to leave first cos swee arrived later than expected as she had band earlier on. Met jie to get Popo's bdae present cause her bdae was approaching.. So yup, msged Linda around 10pm before she boarded the plane cause i alr missed her! :x

School's definitely different without her cos she's always the one being super funny that brings us laughter! hahaha x) Swee & I always feel "sigh, its such a depressing day, wonder wads linda doing now?" haha. and most of the times when we discuss this, we conclude tt she should be sleeping then lolol!

The whole family celebrated Popo's bdae at City Hall & ate buffet [cant rmb the restaurant name though hehe] wahs we ate super alot and i felt so bloated lahs! .-. Anyways, HAPPY BIRTHDAY POPO! I feel really grateful for everything she's done for us since young. She took care of us thoughtfully, told us stories, reminded us to study hard, gave encouragement and praise at appropriate times and many more! Sincerely, i would like to thank her millions of times and hope that she could have a great year ahead! LOVE YA! :))))

On Sun, 16 March, Uncle stephen, angie, weechieh, tseyin, ben, jiahui, edward, edwin and I went to HDB family day at pasir ris! its fun lahh haha cause we loved the rides at escape :]] & tat marks the end of the March Holidays 08 :/

Had school's Carnival Day on thurs, 20th March & the fun was spoilt cos it rained .-. But nonetheless, we enjoyed the milo! hahaha :D Ohh and i felt so bored cause Linda wasn't around! she's in Bronte too you see, so we always go tgt. but this year, she's not around! :(

Friday[21 March 08] is Good Friday! =D Jie and i didn't eat meat for the day! YAY! hahaha :D anw we went darren's hse & i did hw and nvr play eh! hehe xD But when its abt 9 plus, i got distracted cos jie was watching "yuan lai wo bu shuai" just beside me with martin's lappy -.-"

Sunday [23 March 08] is Easter Sunday! :)) Woke up super early and we made our way to St Theresa Church cause we had to attend Cayden's Baptism which starts at 8.30am. It has been so super long since i last attended church! Though im not a catholic, my faith in God still exists! ^^ When everyone was singing the hymes so loudly with pride, it reminded me of times when i was in primary sch for we always sang hymes everyday. Somehow i felt so touched that my tears nearly flowed out! Many things came to my head & i couldn't help but feel like crying..

I was filled with envy when almost everyone there could go and eat the 'holy bread', and i really wished tat i was baptised too. I then asked mummy if she & daddy would allow if i wanna be baptised, and she said tt its up to me cause we've grown up and should decide for ourselves wad religion do we want. x)) Felt surprised upon her reply but however, it may not be smth tt could happen any time soon.. Its difficult and complicated to be able to do so..

Jie and i went marina square & there was this caucasian who asked us if we know where the spore flyer is. And jie was like trying to act pro in her english lahhs! hahaha! and she said smth.. then "yeaahh~" in a super funny tone! lol! i couldn't stop laughing la! hahaha! Met yihui/shiying/s-mon & they wanted to play pool, but couldn't cos i wasn't 16 yet! [even though we told the uncle i wont be playing, only observing] .-. so yeaa, we then ate anderson ice-cream and they 3 played bowling while jie and i went airport!

Cause Linda's coming back on tt day already! :D hehehe x) Only qianying, swee and i went. [jie tagged along with me too] The anticipation was so exciting that we felt so nervous la! hahaha! we even brought along our boards which we've done up for linda to welcome her back to spore! xD And when she finally arrived, she msged us one by one, and we were very mean cause we pranked her and i was like "huh? i thought ure coming back only tmr?" hahaha. But anyways when she saw us waiting for her, and with our boards which was done on purpose for her to make her feel embarrassed with us cheering and shouting, she was like shocked la hahaha! and we 3 were like laughing so hard tt our tears were coming out! =D Linda's parents actually joked with us and say tt we can take linda home if we want hahaha!

oh and we had 2.4km! tskk super long never run already cos mass runs have often been not able to be carried out due to the unpredictable weather. so yeaa but yay its finally over now! :D hehe.

Mock tests are already carrying out every tues, extra lessons going on every sat and even night studies are being organised for the sec 4s already. Shiqi/Wendy/Ruyi/Attiqah/Kristie and I went for the first night study on 4th April [Friday] & its rather okay la haha. And i believe tt we ate alot there! hahaha :P

Today [5th April 08] : Went with jie to see them have jamming! huimin went too =] i've to say that they did improve though not all members were there. the guitars were very coordinated! x)

Then went marina square with them to walk around, grab smth to drink and jie wanna buy bdae present for her fren. Its super funny lah, and we couldn't stop laughing esp when s-mon was trying to remove the chewing gum which he happened to step on .-. hahahahaha! Oh, and on the train as well luhh. I tried to control my laughter but well, its too funny! hahaha :P

Btw, HAPPY BELATED APRIL'S FOOL DAY! :D

Our class pranked Ms Ho that we received a class demerit for being too noisy and had to do CWO and we almost succeeded if not for Ruyi's laughter tt gave us all away! hahaha! .-.

Finally got myself to update my blog now hahaha :D hmm let me think what happened over these days hmmm....

oh! FEB 29 2008 was the leap year & i did smth so memorable with Kristie & Ruyi! wahaha! We took same bus tgt as usual and i was tellin kris that we should do smth diff today haha! so firstly, we said BYE to the security guard so enthusiastically tt he was kinda shocked too lol! then kris picked up a small stalk with three leaves and suggested tat we each write smth on it and sign behind it hehe! yupp so we decided to do so and cause i would alight first, so ruyi suggested tat i go and place this stalk somewhere under the stairs of overhead bridge at the bus-stop! her reason was cause at least this is somewhere all 3 of us would pass by.. hahaha!

So i had no choice but to do so and i felt so gan ga cause ppl were like lookin at me when i was finding a nice spot to place it! hahaha =D but well, its alright cause we should all put in an effort for our leap year memory! btw its at the raffles town club bus stop! hahaha. hope it can withstand the rain and wind :P

1st March 08, Sat:

Met jie at Aljunied mrt & we went to see the 空空乐团 cause they were jamming there hehe. Well, its pretty not bad but gessle and esmond kept making fun of jie about her and wb hahaha~ they kept saying tt he's very distracted after we came so he couldn't sing properly lolol. hmm jonathan's hyper and he made super alot of noise with the drumset tt we almost went abit deaf haha. xP gabriel and another person(cant rmb the name :X) were relatively the most quiet people haha!

Talked for quite a while at the mrt station after tt as they were discussin where and how they were going wherever they want. & its super funny cause halfway, we suddenly were asking one another if u noe eg. Lot 1, white sand blah blah.. cause we stay at like ends of s'pore so some of us dunno wad the other side of spore have haha!! & they were super blur when they dunno wad Lot 1 is hahahaha! Cant stop laughing cause its really super very funny! LOL! :D

Then we went Bugis to shop cause jie had alot of things she wanna buy, and she has been kind of grounded for a while, so its rare tt i would go shopping this yr and thus we made good use of tt day. yahh, bought for her a pair of shorts [as she wanted] for her bdae gift as well. and we bought 2 shirts each. oh, and she bought her belt too. hehe well its a rather good day :D

Anyway 1st march is huixian bdae and we already decided on what to buy for her! After bugis, we made our way down to raffles place to buy it and guess what, its out of stock! [even other outlets] .-. so had no choice but to wait till late march before getting it. i shalln't name it out in case she sees this post before we give her the present! hehe xD but anyways, HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUIXIAN! :D

4th March 08, Tue:

We went to sweechen house after school to bake a cake for kristie cause her bdae was the next day! hehehe! :D hmm luckily it turned out not that bad but i felt the frosting was too sweet! As usual, swee and joey would keep playing the videos about super junior/ DBSK to us and some were like super hilarious wahaha! so yupp, watched it till linda qianying and rachel joined us after their chinese class. Then they played bridge too! its quite confusing but eventually i kinda got it and joey is still clueless about it hahaha! Reached home quite late and was very tired hehe.

5th March 08, Wed:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KRISTIE! :D hope she enjoyed our cake wahaha! Kris and i went to jesselyn house after school! lol! we din plan it at all, but i was just randomly telling jesselyn tt i wanna go her house again soon and then we just decided to let today be the day haha! :P We were guai and we did our Bio workbook! :) had prata + curry for lunch and we talked like abt an hour while eating! we talked about all our OBS stuffs and we shared each other's experiences cause we were in diff watches. mine was RALEIGH!! xD hmmm i really miss the times in OBS cause we really went through alot of first-hand experiences which we would never be able to experience in our daily lives. I would never forget the trekking, kayaking, sleepin in tents, cooking our own food, the super duper very heavy bag, the no-water toilets, the everyday reflections, rock-climbing etc and of course uncle alex and my watch mates! :D

7th March 08, Fri:

Went popo hse to stay and we made sushi! hahaha. i totally missed the kids cause i haven seen them for a very long time already.. :X oh and i heard tt geralyn had some probs.. hais.. hope everything will go well.. ((:

8th March 08, Sat:

Had flag day and its okay-okay luhhs. hehehe. We went chinatown cause last year, we walked from orchard to chinatown and realised tt its quite a good spot. hahaha so we went there again this year! Im sure we repeated this phrase hundreds of times! " Hi/Morning, would you like to contribute for the disabled?" haha well, some were kind, some just pretended i was invisible, some said NO, some just siam-ed from us hahaha.

Went to far east after flagday with shiqi, wendy, haslinda, hanna, qianying, linda, ruyi, kristie to eat KFC to celebrate hanna's bdae! :D oh! and we say this "situ-bi" person who acted in a show and ruyi was insisting tt he is tt person, but i couldn't recognise him cause i rmbed tt he wasn't this tall in the show lol. We all felt tt he seemed oversized cause he suddenly grew so tall .-.

Later on, yeye came to fetch jie and i to go teresa ville cause tv-99 celebrating her bdae. so yupp went there for dinner x))

9th March 08, Sun:

haha im finally at the today post, and this means tt im finally up-to-date for my blog! lols. We din go jurong 99 hse cause mummy wanted to buy a bdae gift for Grace. so we went with her to centrepoint.. We saw jie's fren-weiling at the perfume section cause she was doing part time there haha. ya then mummy bought the perfume from her for grace.. walked around for a while then we headed home le.

Did 4 hours of A maths just now and i feel so accomplished hehe. =DD Though its the march holidays already, but i still have lessons on.. but its alright! haha i'll continue jiayou-ing. x))!

Well, its been long since i updated! Common tests are finally over yesterday and its such a relief. However, Amaths were totally disastrous and i think that i have a very high propability of failing it cause firstly, i had no time to finish and secondly, i had alot of blanks. =X But its alright cause its over already and there's no point feeling depressed abt it. Instead i should learn from my mistakes and never commit them again! :D

On a lighter note, we [ joey, sujean, linda, qy, kris, sc, melanie and I ] went out to celebrate the end of common tests 1! hahaha its certainly a good way to de-stress cause just we were laughing all the way! joey + sujean = jokers. :P Esp when we went to qy's ahma's shop to eat lunch, i cant really recall wad we said but we just couldn't stop laughing. [or should i say they couldn't stop bullying me! x.X] Joey was telling all of them about ALL my embarrassing moments last time & even i couldn't help but laugh at how silly i was hahaha!

Then we met up with kris, sc, linda at Cine & we went to watch "L"! omg i should say its a very nice show! :D L is such a genius, he's so cute in his unique ways, and the little maths genius boy is so cute hahah. Enjoyed it loads & felt that its rather touching at some parts. However there were alot of gory scenes due to the virus affecting the people and those symptoms that appeared were horrible. We certainly had a shock at the part when the little girl's father suddenly came up and piak the glass when we all thought he's alr dead from the virus. Anyway i love the part when he tried to straighten his back! hahaha super funny (:

I actually wanted to dedicate a post to my dearest sister yesterday but i felt so tired and fell asleep. Cause its her 17th birthday on Monday! :D But it was due to my common tests clashing with her birthday, or else i would have gone out to celebrate with her on sunday instead of staying in 99 hse to mug. However despite me spendin most of my time with my books, i gave up some time each day and did up a board for jie as her birthday gift! Though it may seem as if it can be done very quickly or whatever, but to a beginner like me, it certainly took me several days of effort to finish up.

It was kinda terrible having to hide from her that i bought this board to do for one of my friends' birthday. And i had to lie to her so many times whenever she asks me about who im doing it for. tsktsk! I edited several of our photos, went to print them out at some photo shop, draw designs on coloured paper, cut them out, wrote msges on it and finally arranging everything in order and pinning them up. haha at least i hope she liked it cause it represents my little effort for her. :D Jie uh, ure SEVENTEEN! so better grow up more & "behave yourself uhhs" ! hehehh. & i've read ur blog, yes i love you too woman! lol :D

CNY shopping for clothes

Went town to really shop for the first time of the year! Cause CNY is just this thurs and i really have not bought any clothes to wear! & since these few days have been so stressed up/upset, took this chance to relieve myself of stress and go for some shopping with jie =]] Went to heeren, cine, taka, wisma, far east & its so tiring! I believe i tried at least about 20 clothes in over 10 fitting rooms from diff shops and shoppin centres and we got so frustrated when it doesn't suit hahaha.

Met Xiangliang, toonjia and their fren in hula & co. =D anyway, it was a horrible experience at Hula & co cause as i tried some dresses and told jie to come nearer to see whether its nice, we suddenly heard a very loud sound! & we both thought that perhaps the sales person dropped the whole stack of hangers or smth. & to our horror, we realised that the wooden shelf gave way and dropped! those glass vases on it of course dropped as well and shattered into pieces. It was unlucky that they hit a girl's leg! :X

She indeed was a very brave girl as she did not shed any tears at all though she was bleeding.. It made both of us had butterflies in our stomach as we saw the mess on the floor with all the broken pieces of glass & her injured leg.

Though it was a tiring and long day as we walked alot, trying to source for a suitable dress/clothes, however we both bought smth at least! hahaha. cause we said that if we dun buy anything today, we dun go home! =] & its a great relieve to know that my cny clothes for first day is settled at least.

We were so dramatic as we were on our way to bus stop for 190 to go home! hahaha! cause as we were walking, i saw a car that was dented.

Anyway, there is another thing that im so excited and happy about!!! Well, this person prefers to be anonymous, hence shall name as person X. when we reached home, we each received a present from X for the belated xmas present. =]] so we opened it, and i was stunned.
They all thought that perhaps its some girls stuff like underwears/g-strings cause of my expression hahaha.

To my shockness and surprise, X actually gave me an IPOD!!! ohmy! Its so ex for a xmas gift and i really couldn't accept it! Though i smsed X and said that i cant accept it cause very bu hao yi si, but X said that i can do anything with it but dun return back. So yeaa, i was so worried that X might mistaken my intention and thought that i dun like it. Anyways i explained to X and well, X just kept asking me to just accept it.. :S

I really love it alot~~~~!!!!! ((((: and THANKS A MILLION!! =D This is really kinda unexpected cause X actually wanted to get me a crumpler bag and i kept rejecting saying its of no use and i dun want X to spend so much money. But now, it turned out that X spent even more -.-!!! i feel so bu hao yi si but still, thanks for being the first person who got me something i really wanted and i appreciated it loaaaaaddds! x))

hmm.. mummy went for the wake today & she told us the things that happened before Royston korkor's mum was alive. So anyway, i feel that GOD is really great and he loves us alot! He has been rather lenient to her and even healed her leg. He even gave her a few more weeks when she told Him that she was not ready to go yet. In any words, He is really wonderful & i sincerely hope that she would rest in peace in GOD's arms.

May GOD bless her.

Lastly, biujie went to Korea with john john & family yesterday! hahaha lucky her! Hope she have fun there and I MISS HER! we wanted to ask her out to go shoppin with us but she is not in singapore! hahaha.

Alrights, its very very late. its 1.23am according to my comp clock! and i still have school which means that i have to wake up at abt 5.30! ahh! hahaha. Okay im going to slp already.

How i wish its all a nightmare & i just wanna wake up from it

Finally managed to survive through the long lessons today. And after i ate finished at home, daddy told me something that got me so shocked and i was lost for words. How i wish that he would say that he is just joking, but he never did.

Royston korkor's mum passed away this morning in the hospital.

Its something so sudden and unpredictable that no one knew its going to come. I was suddenly overwhelmed with sadness and was still in shock and even now. The last time i saw her was when we went aunt sharon's hse on christmas eve last year to celebrate the coming of christmas. We even sat tgt around the dining table while we ate all the turkey/ham/potatoes/corn/ribs etc. Never would i expect to know that in just about one month plus time, such a thing would happen.

This made me realise how unpredictable and fragile life is. You never know what is coming up the next day, what is gonna happen the next min. Things just happen as and when they like and it would be too late to regret when u've failed to cherish it when u still had it. This piece of bad news made me felt even worst as i have just managed to get over yesterday's event. I suddenly feel that this CNY is so meaningless when its no longer as happy as it should be.

I really dislike yesterday and today. =/ Everything bad that happened made me feel so upset & its making me hate this feeling. argh :x The feeling of lost.

What's more to add is that that andy king kong is so annoying! If he dont bully me/quarrel with me for once, he would feel uneasy about it. evil meanieeee. so yea as usual, he made my mood even lousier and we duan jue guan xi alr lahs hehh. :/

And OLJ is discharged from hospital today! talked on the phone as i was complaining about how bad things have been happening and i feel so moodless to celebrate this coming cny. anyway realised that lj had to be on wheelchair for now cause the spine was injured :((( Felt really worried and i sincerely hope everything would be fine.

so yeap, so many many things happened & once again, just like yesterday, i dun wanna touch hw for now. Im gonna take a shower, read eclipse and perhaps go to bed already. Cause perhaps we have to go for the funeral tmr.

Life is really unpredictable so i would learn to cherish and love those people around me more. & i wont let myself be in despair and i wont let myself break down. Cause i still have to focus my energy and time on my work and studies & i will not give up. JIAYOU!

A day to remember

First official meeting with the newcomers today & it was upsetting. Though all went well in the beginning and i managed to try to ignore the pain in my mouth, as i presented the slides to them, because the wire of my braces was poking my mouth and it hurts like, alot.

Our tradition of having "lo hei" to celebrate CNY as a club today was upsetting. Perhaps today is the most unhappy CNY celebration to me. It wasn't well planned and took a long while to prepare the stuffs and etc. anyways many hiccups happened and she was really angry that made me felt so afraid. Upon being reprimanded by her with the other sec 3s and 4s, i was too ashamed of myself that i dared not look into her eyes but just look down the floor.

What she said was right, and this time round, its the Sec 4s responsibility for this mistake. no, but i think that its my fault. its my negligance that i did not brief the sec 3s what exactly to get and prepare. I took it for granted that they would know what to do because last year, the sec 4s told us, the sec 3s, to prepare everything as well. and i thought that its supposed to be the job of the sec 3s. hence this time round, i did not involve much and passed it all to them. I know that all of them put in much effort for it and i appreciated it loads. Its not their fault that things weren't as smooth for they were not experienced.

I was utterly disappointed with myself as i failed to do my duties well. and i really am. Could not manage to hold back my tears as i felt that i've not done my job well. i cried not because we were being scolded, but the fact that i let her down, let the cca down, and let myself down as well. Words just cant describe how i felt then and even now.

i realised that its not that simple as i thought to be the ceo of this cca. Perhaps it was wrong in the first place to think that i could manage it and accepted the role. I suddenly felt that i was not cut out to take over this position and i even suspected my own capabilities that i wanted to resign from this post.

As compared to how yuexi was when she was the ceo, i could clearly see all my flaws and i highly doubted my abilities. She really is a role model for me to learn from as i felt that she has done a very good job when she was in charge. But its alright, for people learn from their mistakes and gain experience from it. Though i would be stepping down real soon, by the end of term 1, i really hope that i can put in my utmost efforts for this cca which i love alot.

Really sorry and millions of thanks to those who saw me tearing. Appreciated all your concerns and jokes loads ((: anyway, felt thankful to jie too for not questioning me when she saw me crying in silent on the car. She actually thought i was too touched for something or what. But nonetheless, thanks for allowing me to have that quiet time alone to let myself reflect upon everything and calm myself down :]

Till now, i still dont have the mood to study and i have 2 tests tmr. Though i read through and practised questions for both emaths and chem already, but i have not studied again for today. :X I seem to not have spoken more than 10 lines since i reached home and i suddenly feel so quiet. haha, not the usual me. Today has been such a long day and im so tired. It makes it worse to realise that lessons are till 4.15 tmr and i've not studied, and its 11pm plus ://

In conclusion, i feel the need to apologise to the sec 3s and 4s and Ms Tan. Sorry for my imcompetency and sorry for causing ur to be scolded as well. I sincerely hope that things would improve and such situations would not happen again. & of course i hope that the newcomers would still have faith and trust in this cca and everyone of us.

yeaps its finally friday! :D kept reminding myself its supposed to be a happy day as wad bgp2 and i agreed yesterday hahaha. ended late as usual and decided to go popo hse & stay cause im going sch for A maths extra lesson tmr so its more convenient hehe. Missed the kids loads & they're still as adorable! =)

Then went town to meet biujie & angie cause they were already out shopping! .-. yahs reached there and john was having dinner[or lunch?] with them at HK cafe in Cine. He's so annoying i wanna faint and puke blood already la! hahahaha~! Its the first time i went out to town this year can u believe it?

anyways wanted to catch a movie but nth much interesting hence dropped the idea.. we went to play pool & i managed to get in hahaha. I din play cause was wearing skirt & not fang bian to bend so much lol. so i was like watching them play & john and biujie wanna faint from teachin angie how to play. He even told her tt she hav no talent in it and shld maybe think of other things to do hahaha! :P

then went shop shop around awhile but din manage to get any new year clothes x.X so went back popo hse & im superrr tired. Nights! :D

O levels results release!

Today is probably the happiest day since the year 2008 started!!! Since last night, i've been feeling very scared already because today would be the release of our chinese paper results.. I really dared not even think of what grade i would be getting because i was afraid to face failure. We countdowned in days, hours, minutes.. and when it was about 1.30pm, i began to really felt the stress and afraid. I felt so blue and padmini even thought i was crying. I am sincerely thankful for all my friends around. Esp my classmates who were not taking higher mother tongue.. they even came up with a cheer to let us relax and encourage us on. I really felt so touched for their effort i almost teared.

That moment finally came and we got all tensed up as we all waited in anticipation. Hugs and good lucks were exchanged and we all wished for the best. while waiting for the briefing to be over and so on, we were so nervous i think i almost stopped breathing. Wad's worse was that chen lao shi was absent as she was unwell and she wasn't here with us to receive our results.. After i received my slip, i saw the grade but was kinda blur about the exact grade and even asked joey to help me see lol. and when she actually told me that i had A1, i literally screamed my lungs out and hugged her and my heart was skipping at a double rate.

Tears then began to flow and i dunno why i could not stop crying. We cried like there's no tmr and i guessed that linda they might have thought that i did badly lol. But anyways everyone was hugging everyone and im so grateful for those around me who gave me support. The thought of the whole situation just now makes me wanna cry again now hahaha.

But its really amazing to know that in our whole chinese class of about 45, all of us had A1s while only 3 did not. I sincerely think that its all thanks to chen lao shi's constant effort she had put in for us. XIE XIE NI LAO SHI!! :D

ohwell, its not only us getting back results cause our seniors were getting back all their results as well. IM SO PROUD OF OUR I&E SENIORS! :DDD they all did extremely well and the top local scorer [yuexi] & top scorer [Chen Xu] came from our I&E!! Not only them, i think all the china scholars did equally as well with numerous number of A1s. I really felt so happy for them as their names were called out for them to go and receive their result slips.. All their efforts paid off and Ms tan told us that they all did very well and most of them had single digits L1R5. =))) They're honestly worthy to be our role models and for us to learn from. Their achievement inspired us and i certainly hope that our CCA would continue to produce all the top scorers.

And of course i wont miss out my sis! She did even better than she herself expected and we're all superrrrrrr glad for her! Finally her efforts and hard work paid off too x))) jie i feel so proud of you! :D

okays so yeap this kinda sums up this happy x10000000000000000000000000 day! :D Now im back to my books again haha cause i still have got social studies and english tests tmr! Have not studied finish yet.. :S

And for everything that i have, i thank GOD for answering my prayers.. x33

anyways, yesterday was JOEY LEE YA WEN's birthday! she's 16 already when others like qianying just turned 15. hehehe. Shared a cake for her in the morning and obviously we are playful enough that there was a mini cake fight and some of us ended having cake on our faces! -.- oh and linda's card was THE BOMB because it was able to fully represent her character. hahaha! as usual its superrrrrrr sick can .-. lol!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BEN! :D We went Chinatown point to eat at Mouth Restaurant and celebrate =D us + jurong 99 + edward + esther. Food was rather pleasant and we went to walk walk cause its the first day they lit up the lightings for the celebration of CNY. its not as squeezy as usual cause its the first day. but however it was still counted crowded haha. Oh & i used the bag darren/martin gave for christmas! x)) i must say their taste are improving hehe!

CCA interview for newcomers were fabulous yesterday! Though those i interviewed were rather soft-spoken, i really really love my dearest cca, I&E! x33 When everything is so stressed up, and the day is made bad after a chem test that i realised i dunno how to do them, the whole day gets so restless. But its during cca time that the I&E babies cheered me up in their ways. :D esp the climax part when a poor little sec one girl had to face everyone [all the interviewers of the day] cause she was late for the interview. But i really am awed by her courage to take up the challenge. She could speak up and accept our interview when so many pairs of eyes were on her. It indeed is something for us to learn about. And plus she certainly entertained us alot by her words and actions x))

Books are great if you learn how to appreciate them. but somehow, some just seem boring, very. i rmbed tt i read "tuesdays with Morrie". and i felt that its a very inspiring book and teaches us alot of lessons about life. While reading it, it also allows one to reflect upon their own life and actions. People should read it :D

And due to peers' influence, i read Twilight and New Moon. Though its a rather thick book but its really~~~~ worth the read! =DD Exciting, entertaining, interesting, lovely! and i wanna read Eclipse =] I like Edward Cullen. He rocks. ((:

The world's really small. Angie happens to be in the same sch as YC. totally surprised to realise that while chatting in msn =D haha the way they met is funneh :D & angey u really dun understand what i meant when i say that im so envious of you, i really am. And please dont be up to anything funny. We kinda tested mom and her rxn was very big and serious. im sure u'll noe wad happens if you really do that. .-.

On a lighter note, its FRIDAY! :D today is the happiest friday cause we had quite a few free periods here and there. and 4.15 doesn't feel that long anymore.. (: had health checkup today and lucky for me that my back was straight so i was exempted from those back checkups where we hav to lift up our blouse/shirt. and hey my eyesight is perfect! dont play play~ =D anyways, linda had to do the back checkup and poor her. she went to the left side nurse and she was asked to remove everything. [including her insides!] x.X ahhhs. she came out and began telling us about it and we pitied her though we were laughin about it too. its so....... so...... bad! its okay linda, we understand how you felt..

Today we were so excited talking about mahjong and card games! lolol & we're already planning to go linda's house to play during chinese new year hehehe! :D

Anyways I MISS PLAYING THE PIANO & I MISS HOMECOOKED FOOD ALOT!
Last time i used to drop by at popo hse after school to have lunch and have piano lessons etc. but now, lessons end so late and i dont have a chance to go tat often anymore. Others wont understand how saddening it is to eat out everyday haha. x.X

YAY YAY YAY. its the first post of the year though its already the seventh of Jan today. hahah :D ohwells, 2007 have been a fabulous year and many things happened- some good, some bad. but still, i've enjoyed my sec 3 life loads with 3C2'07 & my best friends! thinking back, i've really slacked through the first half of the year and only began working hard at the later part.. =X anyways in short, it has been a GREAT year! x)

Seeing the new batch of sec ones coming in again, i've no choice but to admit that we're oldest students in the school already. its still hard to believe that im already sec 4 now. -.-! since day one of school, almost every single teacher came in and started telling us about how much time we actually have left before my prelims/O levels/SPA tests/class tests etc will arrive. and after deducting the holidays.. we've only abt 100 days to our prelims and if im not wrong, O lvl would start around 20 Oct and end abt 12 Nov. its so gonna be a superrrr fast year for us. (:

Hence after realising how short time we exactly hav left now.. i've got my new year resolutions! First of all, obviously is to STUDY HARD & do well in O levels :DD
Next, im not gonna doze off in class. though i've always tried not to hehhs. xP
Third, enjoy my last year in Crescent [which im sure im so gonna miss..] with all my friends and teachers
Fourth, LAUGH and be HAPPY! :D

seriously, i feel that its impt for us to be "Zhi Zu"/satisfied with wad we have. & not always think that the grass on the other side is greener. thus only by being satisfied with what we have would we be able to cherish it and be happy with it xD

Oh, and anyways, im so glad with myself cause i've really been doing my work seriously and studying. hahaha. & it feels as though im already preparing for final years when its only the first term of school. =.= Another thing is that our timetables are soooo saddening. out of the 5 days, we end at 3.15 for 3 days, 4.15 for one day, and the only earliest is 2.15 on another day. x.X and we have days with 8 subjects?!

But its alright luhhs, cause thinkin on the brighter side, we've more time to spend with our classmates and teachers, and of course the school! lol :D

Then we went to meet sweechen followed by meeting Ms Azilah in eunos or some near eunos mrt station [cant rmb clearly -.-] cause they asked her to help them buy DBSK stuffs from korea when she went for holiday! haha. so yeaa, linda and i both agreed tat they were 2 happy kids tat day. xD

Went town again with biujie and jie cause i wanted to go get my zara shorts while jie wanted to get her mango top. there are sales everywhere~! :D oh & an interesting thing happened while we were queuing for cab in taka. hehe! i saw a 10 dollars note on the floor then i told jie, and she told biujie, and then knowing tt biujie herself and me wont dare to pick it up, she told jie to pick up. haha! & she really did then biujie and i were like tryin not to laugh :D

We went for a wedding dinner of gong gong's relative & dunno why but the bride doesn't seem happy.. =/ We were making fun of biujie and tellin her tat her wedding next time must be blah blah blah. hehe cause john john aka Mr Gucci was around too. :P ooh and his car was big & spacious cause we sat his :D hmm the food was average & service was so-so..

& i put some mascara for the first time but it was so not obvious and i think i din do a good job cause i could feel my eyelashes like kiap-ing tgt when i blink haha -.-

Joey, Linda, Sweechen, Kristie, Qianying and I went to taka to celebrate qianying's belated bdae by eating soul garden. They [except kris and i] went east coast in the morning cause they wanted to cycle but swee took the bus from the wrong side and ended up in clementi. thus they only went there to eat breakfast haha. So yeaa.. joey told me to meet at 1pm at orchard mrt and even said tt the dress code have been changed to yellow top and jeans material botton [but linda was the one who typed it]. and then i reached abt 1.10pm and waited at the mrt station alone for them! then i waited till abt 1.30pm and i smsed them cause i thought they haven reached yet.

aiyah anyways later on i found out that they've reached long ago just tt they went walkin around in kino! i waited till i almost rotted there luhhs x.X & wads more is tat when i arrived there, i realised that joey/linda actually pian wo tat the dress code was changed laahs. i was like ....!! T.T haha & i think i scared them cause i teared cause the fun is so spoilt! but it wasn't entirely their fault lahhs, cause while waiting in the mrt station, i was thinking of some things tt was quite sad lol.

so yeaa. as usual, linda would cheer me up! :DD thanks!! hahaha. & it never fails to make me laugh whenever she shows me her IC photo!! =DD hehehe! okie yupp we had fun then hahaha. ooh! and swee was trying to teach us tt "love" game and it got us all so confused counting and so on.. -.-! hahaha.

We reached popo's hse early in the morning cause we took cab tgt with daddy. Oh well i missed home cooked food hence it have been food food food these few days! hahaha:D But rachel was unwell - gastric flu, thus we went town shopping only in the late afternoon. It was our long waited shopping without the kids & of course we were happppy haha :) Reached home late & played mahjong with popo! it has been long since we played with them after we moved home.. :D & we had prata for supper. ^^

Went for I&E BBQ party at Yuqi's house with the sec 4s and some sec 2s. It was raining heavily though but we still managed to have our usual fun! Since when was I&E stuffs not fun anyways? haha well there was actually a dress theme [jungle] but many of us aren't really tat dressed up.. Michelle won the best dressed prize as a zebra & guess wad her prize was! super hilarious & so creative luhhs. She won herself a candlelight dinner for 2! and as i say this, wad she actually had was 2 packets of instant noodles plus a tea candle! lols :D

We played games & almost everyone had her chance to do forfeit :X Oh yeaps they even had a homemade pinata! cool huhhs! so we were blindfolded and each took turns to whack it thrice wahaha :P We even yum-seng with sparkling juice which tasted like apple juice and had log cake! well in conclusion it was fun to the max!! :D Btw yuqi's dad fetched some of us home too when he was actually supposed to just drop us at some bus stop! thanks alot uncle! :DD

Played mahjong again with only biujie and sis cause popo was asleep already when i got home. & we went for supper at hong kong cafe opposite great world. :D

6th dec 07, thurs:

Went out with biujie, sis & john to town. John's driving makes me sweat hahaha. very fast luhhs! =X they went for horror movie which was NC16 & i cant go.. so jie and i went to get ryan and nicole's birthday presents since its nearing! yupps oh and my arms were itching alot cause of the sunburnt patch :(

Met them agn after their movie and we went to swensens! [john's treat wahaha] Ate earthquake & it was super funny cause all the flavours we chose were available except john's blueberry. muahaha :P we then went to gucci to see bags cause he's willing to buy one for biujie as her christmas present & he wanted to pay cash lahs. tsktsk. But she din buy yet cause haven seen one tat totally suits her taste. Yupp so we headed home.

Played cards and mahjong with 3 of them. & hoila i won ehhhs hahaha:D

and i was totally amazed by john's magic trick. It made me think and think very hard to reason out a logic or way to do it & i have no idea how many brain cells died. hahaha! Oh and amazingly, when he says "laugh" to me and give me tt weird face, i will laugh. zzZ! :P

& we went to takeaway Macs for supper haha.

Nicole celebrated her 4th birthday and invited some of her friends along. We helped out to prepare the food like sandwiches, sausages, corns etc. But popo did most of the stuffs like frying chicken wings, nuggets, spring rolls, beehoon. :D

Yup it was pretty fun & i was busy eating luhhs -.- hahaha. & yeapps we finally going home again after the party was over.. As in my own home :) So no more supper hehhs. x(

8th Dec 07, Saturday:

We woke up early in the morning around 6.30am cause jie and i following uncle steven & family to go to the airport to fetch tseyin! she's finally coming back cause she went for training with her cca in australia! :D well she got some sunburnt too x( Oh and jeffre and agnes was in the car too. 1st time meeting them :)

We then went for breakfast near tampines st 21 & then went to tseyin's er jiu's house. hahaha! ohh and her malaysia cousins, other than jeffre and agnes, were there too. :D So they went for breakfast while we waited in the house and chit chat hehes. After they were back, all of us went to escape tgt to play!! FUN-NESS! :DD

ALL of us includes jie, me, tseyin, jiahui, tingwei, tingjia, jeffre, agnes, qianqian, andy. x)) a big group going tgt like us makes it even more fun hahaha :D Oh and btw, the tickets were cheap! cause its their 7th anniversary so its only 7 bucks per person, no matter child or adult! :DD

We sat almost all the rides tt include inverter, rainbow, viking, blah blah. & i must mention haunted house! superrr scary luhhs! cause we were splitted into 2 grps to go in, i was in the first grp with jiahui, jie, jeffre, andy. sooo i was holding onto jiahui and she hold onto andy/jeffre. then the first part there was this super freaky thingy then the 2 of them ran past first ehhs! & i tried to push jiahui to run along too but she was really afraid & din want to move anymores. so andy ran back to pull us along again hahaha! super funny. :D so jiahui and i grabbed onto his arm as well and perhaps i almost stopped blood from flowing through already muahaha! =P

& the other group even funnier! tseyin and tingjia dare not run through the first part & they turn back and run out of the entrance where we went in from! hahaha! :PP

Had lunch at BK & continue sitting a few more rides and off we went. there was some confusion as instructions given by the adults were diff. shalln't talk much cause its annoying. so in the end, jiahui, jie and i took the MRT back ourselves while the rest of them either went tampines mall walk walk or went home. i slept through the whole journey and jie said it was unglam -.-

But wadever.. cause we were so rushing for time to get home quickly and shower and change into the clothes we wearing for the wedding dinner later on. Yup i bathed super fast and we were ready but uncle steven also haven come yet.. =X anyways we went for wedding dinner and i think we were the lastest to arrive haha oops. =P & i think our table have the most kids cause we only have 3 adults there - daddy, mummy, uncle steven. Then wee chieh came our hse to stayover. (:

9th Dec 07, sunday:

Went to Lot 1 to meet them all again cause they went there shopping i guess:D well only ting jia wasn't there cause she's home playing computer haha. we took pics in neoprints machine and walked ard. went to buy those mini bread at 4 leaves like we have nvr seen them before haha! actually wanted to go kbox but then did we realise that it folded down -.- hahaha. so no where to walk already hence we headed to IMM. ^^ we walked around there too & also went daiso :D & they actually wanted pizza hut, but then agn, there was no pizza hut at IMM lols. so changed to eat sushi. =D

Jeffre & andy kept taking pictures! tsktsk -.- & i got tricked by andy cause i thot he take agnes and i tgt, but he only took me cause he used the one with frame. and its jail one luhhs! zzZ. x.X!

not long we went off le.. & uncle steven dropped us at the mrt station while the rest of them went back. cause they were going back malaysia already.. sadness! =(

But its alright cause we exchanged emails so we still can chat hahaha :D Oh and while jie and i walkin to the mrt, a random guy waved at me & i was like stunned. who th is he? lols =P

heyy its Dec, a new month! :D i felt that i've been slacking too much in Nov & thus i would start anew this month and get more hardworking yeaas. As a start, i finally decided to pack my messy roomm! Though it took me 2 days to kinda clear most of them, but i felt that its worth the effort x)

1st Dec 07, Saturday:

We went for Victoria School's band concert with STC's band as invited guest at VS. Met Yating at Dhoby Ghaut bus-stop and we took 16 tgt there. None of us knew where to alight but we just know siglap road and somewhere near marine parade.. :O Well the bus was very crowded because we later realise that it was Show's concert on that day too hence so many pple taking tat bus too. The bus ride was pretty long & we were just looking out for the school.. Finally we alighted but we took a long time finding the school! we walked here and there & when we at last found it, we were late by around half an hour i think. :X

We missed some parts of the VS's band but those that we caught were rather good! Their band is very big as compared to others and plus they're all boys, thus the music they play have got power! hehhs :DD STC's band is not bad too but their band is much smaller.. x) Anyways jie and i felt that their school was like wow! Big and looks very new :D It ended late and we wanted to walk around the school to have a look but they off-ed the lights and it was super uber dark we felt scared. hahaha.

Yating's parents were actually only supposed to send us to the nearest mrt station which is eunos i think & we would take at least more than an hour to reach home cause its very very far. But they actually sent us all the way home! I was quite surprised & felt so bad they actually sent us all the way home.. So a big THANK YOU to yating & her parents! xDD

Oh & i called lianjie during midnight to wish happy birthday! wahaha i was the first person to wish happy birthday! :PP Yup it kinda sums it up for this day. :D

2nd Dec 2007, Sunday:

Uncle steven & family stayed over from saturday [ except tseyin cause she's in Australia!! ]. Went for pizza hut at Lot 1 for lunch and we all ate till super full. :D Shopped around Lot 1 & BPP & looked at phone models & bought donuts etc. Then went for dinner at Bangkit :D

& HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIANJIE! you're OLD already muahaha. :D

3rd Dec 2007, Monday:

Well, i was supposed to wake up at around 7am and then meet joey while we take 16 [again] to go to east coast tgt & then meet sweechen, linda, qianying. (Kristie, we din ask you cause we know you have exco meeting..) But i almost got a shock out of my life when i woke up and realised that its already abt 8.50am -.- im really sorry guys tat i woke up late! x.X

Hence i rushed all the way and they went to east coast first.. i left the house at about 9.15am :D Took 190 & changed to 16. I asked the bus driver where should i alight if im going east coast and he said marine parade. i was like huh? where? then he kindly said that he would tell me to alight when the stop reaches. Thus i trusted him & had faith in him! but guess wad, i took all the way till Bedok interchange and he still haven tell me to alight zzz! so i asked him again and he was like: Oh! i forgot to tell you to alight.. zzZ! -.-

But i was nice alright and just said nvm.. :D Then took 197 again and this time asked the uncle to tell me where to alight again.. i sat near him to ensure he wont forget like the previous one! :P & yeap he told me to alight and directed me where to walk. i walked past VS again & i realise how near the school is to east coast part :D

I was kinda lost cause it somehow looked like an highway to me & they told me to ask pple around for directions. But i was alone there & i felt helpless. :X so i just carried on walking straight & i saw a tunnel. Joey said she walked through a tunnel too so i walked into it too. It was scary walking alone in there cause it was totally empty with just me. hehhs. But when i made my way into east coast park, they told me to find them at Macs and i later on found out from joey tat i was very far from macs! x((

Having no choice, i WALKED to macs. It was super long in terms of distance and time! i wanted to count the no. of steps i took but lost count -.- and anyways it took me abt 40 mins before i saw macs! at some point of time i really wanted to stop anyone and asked if i could borrow their bike to cycle there.. :( you cant imagine how excited for the first time when i saw Macs! hahaha x) when i reached there they finished eating & before i even sat down, they wanted to go and rent bikes already..=X

So immediately we began cycling & we even cycled till we reached Safra. my legs were damn suan :(( haha & they were all like wanting to get sun tanned, only i dont wanna. so they were like posing some weird poses under the sun while joey and i went in safra to see-see. :D i even stood in the shade when we came out. :P

But i dunno somehow, i was the one with the reddest face and arms in the end -.- zzzz! then i could feel the heat coming out from my arms man. haha.. :( & i think i look like a LOBSTERR =.=Oh and i was forced to treat them ice-cream and fries tt would be shared among all, cause i was late. x(( then we went to walk around town :D

so many shades on my skin =.=

its more obvious with someone to compare the colour of our face =X [& i dunno wads the 2 white thing on my head -.- so forget abt it :D]

27th Nov 2007, Tuesday:

Oh this day was awesome & fun! Cabbed with daddy, jie, ben, ryan and they alighted at Popo's house while i alighted at tiong bahru Mrt. I realised that sitting beside ryan is so annoying cause he keeps moving :/ Went to meet Joey and Melanie and melanie was lost! hahah. we were like 3 lost tourists, cause we actually was not able to find one another despite being at the same location. But well, with determination, 'tie bang ye neng mo cheng zhen'! :D

The 3 lost kids finally found one another and we headed for MY dental appointment. :/ joey insisted she wanted to come along cause she wanna have some mental preparation on how is it like first. Cause she's making hers too, in the future to come. hahaha:D

Gahhs. while waiting for my number, the 2 of them were practically bullying me! hmphh. cause they were so qiao wearing the same type of clothes, hence they say that theirs is supposed to be a dress, but when worn on them it became a shirt. But mine is supposed to be a tube, but when worn on me it became a shirt. -.- So in simple words, they were hinting that they were tall luhhs!

And my dentist made the 2 of them laugh at me more :X when he came in, he asked me what colour i wanted this time, cause apparently i was there for tightening.. Then he casually added, "pink?" & i was like no no! :P cause the 2 of them [esp JOEY] keeps saying about every pink thing on me. eg my rubberband, my nails [ hehh im healthy thats why my nail looks pinkish :P ], my face -.-, my bag. Haha but nvm cause luckily i already thought of what colour i wanted to put. :) its YELLOW and GREEN this month! ^^

We cabbed down to Cine cause we wanted to catch the 4.15pm movie and it was almost 4 when i was done already. Haha we rushed like siao, i went to buy tickets and they went to buy drinks from cheers. zzz Joey actually said that not many pple watching this show, but it was all full at the back & we had no choice but to sit the 5th row..=X Yup we watched Enchanted & it was pretty much nice cause its a movie that i would watch. x)) though i din like some parts of the ending.. its still worth a watch! Oh and the prince's name was Edward! [i wonder when i'll ever get to read Eclipse. x.X] & yea shalln't talk much about the boys behind us who kept saying vulgar language in hokkien, according to joey. x(

Anyways the best part was they brought me to the level 9 with the store that had lots of DBSK after the movie! so nice so nice. :DD its them everywhere in the shop and we were surrounded by them! hehhs! :P i wanna watch their concert! :X

Next up was Musical evening! Made our way down to Victoria's concert hall with sufficient time before the concert begins :D haha we gotta give credits to Mr Raffles for he guided us the way there. lol :P Hmm Kristie, qianying, wendy was already inside and we went over to chit chat while waiting for the concert to begin (: Josephine joined us too and she brought her friend, Jesslyn along too! haha we all had fun talking about DBSK cause we had the same interests! xD Well it was the 2nd Band event i attended and i felt it was great! The band people have put in alot of effort in preparing for this concert & i felt that they've really done a goood job! & Sweechen we saw you dancing huhhs! :PP

They kept encore & when the concert ended, it was already about 10pm! hahas & i still told mummy that it would end at 9pm -.- By then, we were grumbling that we were hungry hence wanted to go grab a bite. But after considering alot, there wasn't much place for us to go, thus we all headed home.. :( haha and on the way, joey and i kept taking pics But this woman refuses to give me the pics cause they're all in her phone. hehhs! =X

Poor Wendy and I took the longest to reach home! one by one, joey josephine melanie all alighted. Then the two of us still have a long way to go before we reaches home.. x(

Jie & i went Vivo gai-gai :D on the way there, the bus ride was at least one hour plus, but i only made like 4-5 cranes? :/ haha yea yea im a slow worker But i fold them with my sincerity ohkays. :P Anyway yups we talked about everything and anything under the Sun, cause she's my soulmate. We can tell each other everything in our heart and mind. hehhs! :D

So practically we walked almost the whole of Vivo & we suddenly realised that we forgot to call Darren along! :( then we were like oooops, sorry to darren. After walking in the aircon for so long, we decided to walk the open space and take pictures of the christmas tree with us inside. Yeap that was the plan initially but it kinda failed cause it was too dark/the wind too strong/cant see the christmas tree behind us. hahaha.

Yup and we began being bo liao and decided to walk one round and count the number of couples there cause we saw so many. And we counted up to 47 couples with just one round! Yeaa guess they like the scenery/wind there and most importantly, its dark dark! haha so Jie say their hand put where also wont know. -.- Well there are also couples kissing until so ... haha but who cares. The 2 of us are like giggling and talking as we walked, perhaps interrupting them. :PP

It was coooolddd on the bus. :P

Today's just a typical sunday of the week, just that we went to yin's house cause they ordered buffet.. =) hmm ohh and its pretty cool cause martin, darren, jie and i were in the same room, and all using comps! haha so its like we're all on9 on msn and are less than 10 feet away from one another. xD Played audition.. online shopping.. chatting on msn.. friendstering.. wad else? Oh yea, and flooding Eunice chan's blog! hehhs. :P

Well its a rather boring day & im not so in high spirits cause i just got ps-ed in msn.. -.-
Waited for around an hour already yet no news at all.. thanks alot atommy atom atomised. [i doubt u'll ever read this post. sooo... XP]

First ice-skating!

this week has been so busy as we've been hanging out! It also means that we're going broke tskk. haha but its the fun that matters so i think i'll zou yi bu kan yi bu le. =P went out with jie, tseyin, jiahui, huixian & yeeling. We went ice-skating and its my first time! hahahas. jie's and jiahui's first time toooo. x)

hmm its like quite rather fun! :D We all began off with clinging onto the sides and each other's hands & it felt like so scary cause we all din want to fall! We din bring gloves, and i wore shorts :x hence, i concluded that if i fall, it would be so cold and terrible hahahs. Jiahui's like pro and talented cause she caught the hang of it very quickly and could skate faster than us..! =D Well, jie and i managed not to fall despite it being our first time! YAY. but huixian said that its cause we were skating so slowly that there was no chance of us falling. -.-! hahahs. At the end of it, our feets were hurting alot! really felt uncomfortable and we all walked very weirdly.. =X

Oh and i lost the winnie the pooh handphone hanger which biujie gave me! i used it only 2 days and found it missing after dinner.. :( & i went to turn another ball-ball to replace the lost one hahahs. As usual, we took neos and guess wad. we saw a young couple in the neoprint machine doing private stuffs. -.- they din even intended to take neos yet we saw them being busy inside haha.

& im feeling sick cause i caught a cold from the ice-skating session. i wore shorts & we din bring gloves! the flu i have is so terrible i used perhaps tons of tissue papers. =((

I finally managed to find out my email which i have totally forgotten & hence explains why i disappeared from this blog for so long! :D Yup anyways its a happy day cause we went out towning with angie, biujie, ryan, reymus, hamster. Though the 2 boys were troublesome, it was still fun. (:

16-18 Nov was our CCA camp & im so relieved its over. Before that, i've been feeling so stressed over it cause we had to plan every single thing and also had to make time to go many places to ensure we know where is it. I felt really glad that there were many of them there to help me out and also to support me! :D It was really memorable and i wont forget this camp for it was all our efforts that made it possible. I really hoped that everyone of them have at least learned something from the camp and have gotten to know one another better. =)

On 18 Nov was also Ms Ho's solemnisation for her wedding and invited our whole class to attend! We felt really happy for her and she was so pretty we could not recognise her! But well, which bride isn't pretty?

Oh and on 5-6 Nov, we went for work attachment at NUS dentistry! It was really great fun though we only had job shadowing programme.. We shadowed the year 2,3,4 students and also graduated dentists! well it was really exciting and we even got to wear the lab coats. xD haha we felt privileged cause we took the STAFF lift! =P yeah and we got to know more about this dentistry course too, but some parts do freak us out.. :X

HURRAY! common tests are finally over today! we took 10 papers in 4 days. =X i really did study this time cause i dun wanna fail anymore. felt proud of myself i din touch the comp for a few days :D however i really think i need drawing lessons! RAWRR~ cause my geog totally draw wrong things. drew meanders instead of waterfalls. there goes my 8 marks out of 25. my A is gone. & e maths, draw the scale of graph wrongly. sighh..

but nvm the main point is that its all over! ^^ YAY

Went out to eat with qianying, siying, jiali, wendy, hanna! so glad tat there's indeed a pizza hut at plaza sing or else.. i might just get killed & chopped by them. haha! cause we were all STARVING. saw quite many school people there! wad a surprise. anyway it was to qing zhu tat we survived this common test! :D & my pizza was SUPER CHEESY, thanks to jiali & QY who poured the cheese as though its snowing. =X

Everyone's ez-link card are damn funny! gosh i cant take it. HAHA! esp qianying! soooo chubbyy~ made me laugh like siao. cant control it. haha! :P and after we were finally full, siying started to play with those leftovers tat cant be eaten eg. garnish. & they tried to make it seem artistic. hehe! =P

Exams in just few more days. & im GEARED up to study for them! Really hope i know how to do them cause i dun wanna disappoint my mommy again! :D stayed back for "tuition" from xinyi and jesselyn today in student lounge! even played the mini pool & im gettin the hang of it even though xinyi defeated me this time! we'll wait till next time! :P well, we were disappointed cause the fridge in the student lounge was EMPTY. =X no milo.. :(

well its holidays now! finally can take a breather and get away from work for a few days! :D

yesterday was National Day & we went marina square with 99 & darren's parents. [darren actually stayed home to study! o.O] it was great fun and nice weather BUT i disliked the squeezing, pushing, & pple smoking. =X

however i was quite troubled over a matter tat day & it was rather heavy in my head.
im pretty sure jie & yin would know wads it abt.. im rather worried for jie cause she's not focusing on what she shld now. its her O levels soon and i really think that she shld think over things properly and settle them in the right way. cause consequences could be dire.. really hope everything could be reversed & we could have prevented them from knowing each other.

hmm this is the only day when i really feels tat S'poreans are so united! =P
the parachuters were cool & the fireworks rocked! we even had remains of the fireworks droppin on us! lolx :D

highlights of the week

it has been long since i blogged cause this week as been a buzz for me. almost everyday there's tests, mocks, time trials. and not leaving out YES-NEC comp! :)

finally the comp have come to an end & we have all heaved a relief. :D
had our finals on wed 1st august at S'pore Poly auditorium. this whole process from the beginning of the workshop on 30 june, it had been memorable & also enjoyable to me!
learnt many things and had loads of fun with them too! =D

well.. we've put in our utmost effort and although we din manage to clinch the top three. i still feel that we've all done our best & should be proud of ourselves that we managed to even get into top 6 finalists out of 79 teams! ^^

this certainly have let us gained alot of experience & i felt really happy tat mummy and ben came down to support me! & also all our cca members who came and cheered for us when it was our turn! it was really heartwarming..=)

ended school at 12.15 cause there's speech day rehearsal and the JayEl-ers met up to do our Sky dating project! :D hmm the outfit we're gonna wear on 1st august is kinda weird. haha! so xian cause the sizes dun fit cause all are out and left very little.. =X anyways we settled many stuffs today which is pretty good(:

gonna go jiali hse tmr & continue our presentation! and im meeting joey, kris, linda and perhaps swee and ying for Mac breakfast tmr at 6.30am! haha =P cause gonna report for duty at 7.30am tmr for ushering the guests and parents during speech day..

btw HAPPY BIRTHDAY DARREN! u're sevenTEEN! :D hope u get used to the quieter environment at home since martin's going army soon? aww hope he survives it ! =P

lots and lots of tests, mock exams and homework. its stressing me up but i believe i can manage it! we're preparing for the finals next week alr and would like to thank each and everyone whom have helped us in any way.
i have a new aim in life. and that is to sleep at 10pm every night! xD i wonder when that will come true~ but it have indeed motivated me to do my work and not play tat often at home! yay(:

YES NEC finals! yayy!!

omgosh today is such a fun, exciting yet tired day! ((: hmm..if u have been reading my blog faithfully, u shld noe tat im having our presentation of ideas for YES-NEC competition today!

met my other members at dover mrt station & i was abt 20 mins late.. sorry guys..bu shi gu yi de..=X soon we went in to register..

there were 46 schools & 76 teams tat participated! after briefing we were splitted into 16 panels & each panel consisted of 4-5 teams. we were so nervous cause we were the last to present.. then had break and they provided us food(:
results came and only the top in each panel will proceed into the semi-finals round. and WE MADE IT! gosh we were so excited!! hahas! :D

now there are 2 panels and each have 8 teams. we presented 2nd time again to different judges.. the top 2 will directly go into finals while the 3rd and 4th from both panels will have another knock-out round where only the top 2 of the 4 will go into finals..when they announced the results for this round.. they say till left the last team tat made it and we thot no hope alr! & we see the light again when we heard our sch name! hahaha! we jumped for joy! but the next min, we were sad again..cause this means that we have to present the 3rd time! =X

but im really glad for all the support we have from our dearest seniors, pearlyn & yuexi, who are more excited than us, ms tan, and also the other grp from our sch who din manage to get in.. =((

we really appreciated all the jiayous and support we got! :D

so presentation started again.. and omgosh i really cant believe it.. we actually made it into the finals!!! i din expect that we would go this far..><>

the finalists have lunch and still have a recording to be put on the web for online voting.. while lunch, a guy by the name of erm.. bryan freeman (i think) from dunman high sch came over and said.. for business purposes, may i have ur number.. then we all have tat kind of face..haha! then jiali said 999.. so he keyed in and went back.. =P then he came agn saying cant lah..need 8 numbers.. so he kinda whispered to us to just crap 8 numbers tat start with a 9 for him.. and so we did.. and MY name was given for that dunno whose number to be saved as.. =.=

later he came back agn saying his frens dun believe. so he is gonna call the number and we pick up the phone.. & we realised that they were playing truth or dare and they offered him $4 for getting our number.. and guess wad.. jiali said that we will do as he say if he split 50 percent his profit! hahaha! =P he agreed and i took my phone out and jiali kinda "answered" it when it din even ring..lolx.. and so.. we earned 2 bucks from crapping 8 numbers and putting the phone at our ears.. haha! ((: so funn..=D

we were released only at 4.30pm! wad a long day we had..=X

so went home and told my family the good news about us gettin into finals!! wheee~ the final presentation would be on 1st august!! it would be in the auditorium of SP! i cant imagine how stress and nervous we would feel facing the whole lot of audience on stage! =X

then went aunt qinqin hse cause martin celebrated his 21st birthday today!

lesson was till 3.15 today and gosh i was feeling unwell all the way.. felt so cold and slight fever and had flu.. i was like sniffing all the way..=X the things taught today cant go in my brain cause i wasn't able to absorb at all.. but felt really touched that so many of my friends was concerned about me.. linda, kris, swee, ying, chenglu, yexin, chenqin.. they all kept asking if i was alright and even tried to force me to go home and dun go for cca.. but i have to go cause we have presentation to make to the club on our project for NEC.. and thanks kris for ur windbreaker! it kept me not so cold.. hehex.. :D

and special thanks to our dearest sec 4 I&E clubbers who spent their precious time in making their farewell gift for us! the magazine was so well done and im sure it took ur alot of time! it was lovely and we all loved it! :D but there are some pics that are so unglam! hahas.. but its okay.. cherished it still..xD

hmm.. wanna say THANKS to everyone who cared for me and i appreciated it loads! mummy, ray, yc, jon, jie and even yinyin who was at camp! she sms-ed me to get well soon.. aww ur're so sweet (:

reached home only at 8pm after cca.. went to see doctor and my temp rised to 38.3! =X i took at home was only 37.8.. so have 4 medicine in total to eat.. tsktsk this sickness is so untimely.. its racial harmony tmr and guess it would be fun! but i may not go school in the morning.. but will have to go in afternoon to meet my members for the YES NEC comp.. hopefully my voice would not sound weird on saturday.. and we must have the passion for it when we present to them! school's terrible when i cant laugh or talk. haix.. but thanks linda for entertaining me with her song she composed on the spot. the lyrics are hmm.. with regards to me being unable to talk so much while she could and could even sing! =X stayed back with fellow JayEl members to finish up our ppt slides cause gonna present to the club tmr. & we are progressing fast! yeaps(:

reached home almost 7pm. and when i took the lift up, it stopped at lvl 3 and a middle-aged, skinny and almost bald man came in. he pressed 11 and then continued flipping his newspaper. then suddenly he say(in chinese)," zai zhe ge shi jie shang, mei you ren kan bao zhi bi wo kuai" then i was like suddenly shocked that he was talkin to me then i said orh. haha! so he continued just flippin the newspaper and he just nice flip finish when the lift reached lvl 11. then he said," neh, kan wan liao. dou bu yong san fen zhong jiu kan wan le.." my reaction was dotdotdot... =.= hahas! he din even read lahx..he just flipped and he say he see finish in less than 3 mins. actually is only a few seconds from lvl 3 to 11.. lolx =P and he tell me for wad? o.O"

im infected by sweechen virus. i now have cough and flu and sore throat. my throat not tat bad le.. i was surprised that i was able to talk this afternoon! hehex! :D

today is a happy day! (: hmm..good mood^^ this mornin was late cause i missed my bus again! haiyo.. reached sch was alr abt 7.10 to 7.15am.. after PE, we all thot that our timetable would be permenant that we have recess then E maths. so we went for recess.. jeanette came around tellin us to go back class now cause ms ho was very angry.. but i just bought my food so i sold mine to someone behind me in queue. haha! then i queued for nothing lahx. grr=X anyway there was some confusion.. so we got scolded by ms ho in the end.. =( school was dismissed at 12.15 cause of O lvl chinese listening compre but we weren't allowed to leave the school premises. so had lunch, went hall wait while we do our work!

i felt so excited for the listenin compre whenever i think that so many pple are gonna do the same thing as me at the same time! lolx! xP such as jie ray dan yc jon ... i was sitting right in front of the radio! and i felt that it was so loud.. haha.. & the canon in D which they played was very nice! yurrpx!! :DD hmm the paper was rather tricky i felt but meanwhile i was cheering for jie & the rest! did ur feel it~? hehex..
it ended real soon & off we went home while discussin abt it! kris & i have the same answers! yay.. so we'll have the same marks! xD ours was "BAAADDBDCC".. we memorised it..(:

Let me blog abt yesterday & today cause i fell asleep last night. (:

yesterday i met up with the Jay El members in school canteen at 7.30am to start on our ppt slides, cause we needa present to our club on thurs before presentin them to the judges at SP on saturday. =X & so we got to work! we left at abt 12.30pm cause the school was closing and we had to leave. hehx.. during tat time, we were hungry! i brought some snacks & we finished it all though i had no interest in the cereal. hahas! perhaps the packaging is not attractive enough to me..o.O"

had lotsa fun with us (the seniors) "bullying" the juniors. lol.. i din really do so..jiali did..hehex! but it was in the fun and joking way =P she was like "fade! fade! fade! ... purple!" bet limin & jiayi felt the stress.. jiali & i even made fun of them saying they were like BBM cause of the way they sat! one in front of another & so close..lolx! then they immediately sat at each end on the bench, far apart, after wad we said they looked like.. hehex!

soon we were going home and when we passed by the foyer, we saw our schoolmates in GO! so jiali and i popped in to say hi (: the hangzhou pple are going HK tat afternoon lerhx.. so fast.. saw kristie fifi steph eunice ...etc..and i saw linda! i totally was like "LINDA~!!" when i saw her in there too.. hahas! surprised to see her..:D they were eating pizzas! & they offered us cause there were extra left.. yeaps! thanks pple(:

after reached home, went MOS with jie for lunch and meet peixiu cause we're studying tgt! so i happily brought E maths hw along, thinking tat i can finish them by tat day.. and in the end.. i did finish it..but the WRONG EXERCISE! =((( can u imagine the impact i had after spendin abt 1 and half hours doing E maths hw, and drawing graphs, and then realising that i have already done that exercise and even handed up! so many qns eh! i was at the last qn, last part, then did i realise that ...the qn looked rather familiar. =.=" i felt so angry with myself luhhx! i was supposed to do 5.3 and 5.4.. =X tsktsk! so i was so sad and angry that i have no mood to start on 5.3 which i was actually supposed to have completed by that time.. & i began to sit there and rot while giving them moral support.

xianxian even brought her gang of friends come find JIE! lolx =P so while waiting for our study to end.. they sat behind & talk & play truth or dare.. i din even noe they were coming! so saw them first time & i felt kinda weird. cause yinyin not around! hahaha.. went for dinner at KFC with xian and chyi at abt 7pm. and guess wad..we sat there till 10 plus! even BPP going to close le.. hehex.. we makan & talked about ..erm..stories..x) actually chyi talked the most cause she was the story teller! haha.. hmm..the story of A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H was interesting..whoo! so we talked alot abt that topic which was kind of weird..hehex! cant imagine i was there laughing for abt 3 hours which made my mouth so suan after that.. =X chyi visited the toilet so many times cause she drank alot of water, cause she was the main speaker. haha! aiyah..din take f0t0 of this on this memorable outing! =( nvm.. we would meet up again soon. i mean very soon i guess.. hehx! =P

today i met linda & joey at orchard and someone was late after asking me not to be late..=.= hehex! so they ate tako balls again.. our favourite food at taka. xD and we ate MOS.. we eat very fast cause we had little time and we had to be at botanical gardens at 5pm to support our school band & of course sweechen solo part for the band fiesta! but..we really dun have much time so we decided to cab there! we ran to lucky plaza there to take cab and we din walk the underpass which would be much faster.. =X
joey was wearing heels and linda was wearing dress.. haha.. mine no prob luhhx.. i never wear skirt neither did i wear heels. xD but linda and my stomach hurts cause we just ate till very full and we ran..:( hmm..but for the sake of sweechen..we persevered..& we got a cab! yay! lol..the tazi driver thot we were foreigners cause we din speak chinese.. =P we rushed there and our band were alr playing! =( so we continued to support them! they did a GREAT JOB! :D met josephine too cause she also went.. we dared not run around there cause there were many many many dogs! we scared later they chase us..haha! after that then we went home alr! '

& i made a wasted trip to CCK library cause i thot of borrowin books on the project topic which our group doing for the competition.. might be handy for our research..BUT.. not long after, i realised that i dun have library card with me.. =.= so went home lo.. hehx.. (:

i love fridays! cause weekends are coming(: linda had her piano exam today! hope she did well after all our well wishes and smses.. bet she sang with emotions, feelings and expressions to MESMERISE the examiner! xP
and we realised that when linda is not around, we dun eat during recess. haha! swoosh.. and lesson ended around 2.15pm:D i cant watch harry potter today with swee, joey, linda, QY, rachel cause i had dental appointment at 2.40pm, which so qiao is exactly the time their show starts.. >.< so i went dental to tighten my braces. and i was 20 mins late..i chose decent colour cause im taking IC photo with it! gahh! and this month, its blue! (: and i have to arrange appointment for extraction of tooth for my lower teeth cause im gonna have the full set of braces soon. he almost wanted me to go extract today and i was like..not mentally prepared so i rejected. hahas!

the hang zhou students stayed over at our local students hse! and i told sylvia to beware during the night..cause kristie might just POUNCE on her! hahaha! >< hope they had a fun time here..and at least learned some thing new..:D and my jie is totally excited about australian guys. haha! cause they also had this kind of exchange programme and she say they they are tall, good-looking and very warm towards others!
anyways, i think she had much fun taking photos with them given the limited time. =P

yay i submitted the YES NEC proposal before the deadline! :D hope they like our ideas! and my group members are freaking..haha! i suggested meeting on this saturday to start on our powerpoint and other stuffs for our presentation and they actually wanted to meet at 7.30am.. hahas! we put in so much effort for it..! lets work hard tgt my fellow members! [ include jiali, jingjing, jiayi and limin (: JAY EL! ] today is friday and it means tmr is saturday! okay..tats fast.. seeya tmr in school canteen! we're efficient. (with jiali's nagging..=P) and im not sure if im going botanic gardens to see swee's band's performance this sunday.. hehex.. will confirm again sooooon. :D byeee.

hang zhou students

this week is so busy.. yesterday the hang zhou students came to our school for the overseas exchange programme and there're not enough pple who are involved to help those students. then the 2 boys who came our class seemed quite lost.. hahas! then somehow somewhat, one of them sat between jesselyn and i.. we were having geog lesson and he din really understood english so we had to translate for him to understand.. overall it was quite okay cause he's rather friendly luckily.. and his name is zhu hong lei.. i almost said his name wrongly cause we asked his name and he wrote on a paper in eng and it was quite cursive and i thot it was zhen instead..lol

the other sat beside kristie and he kept taking photos during our class.. haha! =P anyways they're all very nice & friendly! ^^ and we had 3 mock tests for the 3 sciences yesterday consecutively! =X today is rather normal.. hehe.. tmr have to meet ms tan to let her have an overview of our proposal for YES NEC competition.. xD and i have chem spa! im still confused on how to find the basicity of the acid.. nvm..i'll ask around tmr! (:

O level chinese oral was terrible! HUAN BAO! =X i actually happened to practise the topic that came out but i blanked out and dunno wad to say.. and somemore one of my examiner gave those bu shuang face which made me feel so scared..=X passage was relatively okay but i was too nervous till my voice tone become weird weird de..my hands were cold.. heart beat very fast and i felt like crying.. anyways.. felt sad this whole day alr.. so lets not mention it anymore. (:
but special thanks to pple who cheered me up & encouraged me! linda directly called me.. dawn sms-ed me after i alighted the bus.. ms tan sms-ed me.. chenglu was encouraging me and thanks for staying back a while with me to wrap the gifts for ms ang..

today recess i ate stall 9 with them except kristie cause she ate stall 2. and i found a rubber band in my food. =.= at first i thot it was some chilli or something.. and linda bought H2O cause something else would come out whenever she wants to buy chrysanthemum tea.. haha!

its 7th july 07! lucky sevens..:D went school for oral consulatation and we got the wrong timing..swee told me it was 10 but it turned out to be 9.30.. after that, i met jiayi, limin, jiali for our NEC competition! wendy also joined us cause she no where to go..its still early before she meeting ruyi qianying and hanna..(: so we discussed... we have to jiayou cause need to hand in our proposal latest by friday 12pm.. i spent my burfdae on monday with my dear biujie, huimin and weihao..(: its short and simple, yet fun and memorable! we finally had our jap buffet which we have planned for so long.. biujie-the main person who's in charge of ordering and thanks to her, we were BLOATED! hehex.. all i noe was she just keep pointing her and there on the menu and TADA.. alot of food arrived =X lolx.. we wanted to just go and pay and go even though there were food not served yet..hehex! can't stop laughing..=P & we sat at table 15! such a coincidence..

these few days are kinda hectic since school reopen. on wed or thur(cant rmb), i got tricked by qianying, kristie, linda(a bit), joey, karina and sweechen! GAHHH=X it was free period cause mrs yeo din come & i decided to do my eng compre yr 2006 cause its due on friday..so doing halfway, kristie walked past and realised tat there was compre holiday hw which she din noe! hahas..then qianying walked past and saw me doing 06 paper and she told me that we're supposed to do year 04 and 05..not 05 and 06! then i was like huh?!!

cause i smsed joey and asked her which years we need to do cause i wasn't sure and she told me 05 and 06! but qy say joey told her 04 and 05.. so i so QI..lolx.. then so qiao joey,karina and liuxin was walking past our class.. so we called her in! hahaha! and we asked her and she said that she was just jking with me! she thot i noe so she sms-ed me the wrong years we need to do..-.- i was like joey ahhhh! =X made me do wrong years.. and i almost cancelled wad i have done and throw the paper away..but luckily i din!(: soo..i thot i wasted my effort and now have to do compre year 04.. then i began to read lahx but kristie and qy say that they think that since i have started on year 06, why not finish it.. then i told them tat i shld do yr 04 first since tats wad i need to hand in! all thanks to joey wrong info..=X

so after much time wasted, i began reading the passage.. halfway, i decided to ask stephanie and shen hui cause they are more reliable! hahas.. then they told me that it was year 05 and 06!! i was like huh?? again.. then finally i realised that i was actually doing the right thing but they bluffed me that it was year 04 and 05! ZZZ! then i turned and looked at them behind and they were looking at me and smiling widely, and linda giving me that innocent eyes! LOL.. QI SI WO LE! hahas.. i cant believe i actually fell for their trick.. i honestly believed everything they said..=.= then kristie keep saying i so gullible while joey say it was so FUN..hahas..>.<" then in the end..i only did SIX qns in 2 periods..

friday was youth day celebration with concert but no halfday =( the concert were done up by the teachers and it was entertaining!^^ we were laughing and cheering all the way..(: personally i think the last one is nicest! the dance by the female teachers were whooo..S3XY..hahas! hmm..appreciated the teachers effort cause its so interesting!xD and wanna thank linda,swee and qy for waiting for me abt one hour after school to go lunch tgt..hahas..psps=P cause i had hw to hand in! kristie cant join us cause got council..but nvm..we'll all go for lunch tgt some day..hahas!(: we went tiong which is most convenient, and ate KFC! linda wasn't quite satisfied with the toilet there now.. LOL! xP

after lunch they went home while i went great world to meet biu jie and sis to go town tgt.. sweechen asked me to not board my bus when it came and asked me to wait with her for her bus! hahas..and i did =.= so i missed 2 buses before hers came and i took the 3rd one that came..lol.. it was the 2nd last day of 5% gst before it increases on sunday so we did some shopping!:D

there were sales everywhere..^^ and we bought clothes without trying cause the queue for fitting room was LONG..so we din want to wait and so we just buy it.. hehex=P went for late dinner at hongkong cafe and it was nice^^ i won one dollar from jie cause we betted on the name of the drink i wanted..xD i told her it was yuan yang..but she insisted it was yin yang..hehex! and we reached home at 12pm plus.. almost got scolded..lol =P

saturday i went SP for competition briefing from 8.30 to 12.30pm.. it was fun cause there were so many students and i look forward to the presentaions(: muahaha! but cause i had to attend this, i missed chen laoshi's extra lesson to practice our orals cause O lvl chinese orals are coming up very soon..=X so i went home and around 4 we left the hse to go far east cause jie wants to buy her REDCHERRY flipflops..xD and i learnt something on that day! NEVER LISTEN TO ANGELINE's DIRECTIONS... hahaha! i regretted it.. lolx.. after that we went to vivo city to meet mummy and ben cause we have dinner at night to celebrate jurong 99 birthday! yeaps.. but i felt so tired throughout cause i din have enough sleep the night before=X

we're back to school again! :X last nite was terrible..do my holidays homework till i almost died liaox..and had only 3hrs of sleep.. PANDA EYES!o.O this morning i was so reluctant to wake up..hehex! i missed my 190A and therefore caused me to miss 132 also.. so i was stoning at the bus-stop waiting for 132 cause it took so long..=X its happy meeting my FRIENDS again! yippee..!:D at least they make school more fun & interesting! hehex. and after recess i found out tat for SS, we only have to do part B and D, but i din noe..! then i did all A,B,C,D! =( so QI..if not i could have had more sleep last nite..haix.. today is quite boring in school cause had free periods for some lessons like cme, e maths and geog(: i almost slept for cme..and geog i was laughing through..cause kristie & fifi are trying to act like erm..gangsters? =P HAHA! eunice and i cant take it liaox..laugh and laugh and laugh..~ after school, kristie and i ran across the road cause i saw 132 then we din want to miss mahx..BUT we did not jaywalk ah..cause it was greenman!xP then dunno wad happen..after we reached the opposite, a 111 bus appeared..then kristie thought i saw wrongly the 132 luhhx! hahas! i thought my eyesight was failing me and tat we ran for nothing..so we were laughing at ourselves again..hahas! then not long a 132 appeared!wheee~! i din see wrongly luhhx..but somehow a 111 appeared first..hehex! HOME SWEET HOME!:D
